Easy to assemble by ourselves, no need to pay the extra fee for this . Easy and straightforward instructions as to how to use the rowing machine. Using it daily since got it I'm April '24 . No issues encountered so far.

Only small point to make: the touch screen is not very sensitive and need to sometimes press repeatedly and / or harder to change levels etc. This could mean that I have to stop / interrupt my training. This would be the only negative about it.

After taking a deep breath and ordering a top of the range IFIT treadmill. We wondered if we’d done the right thing. However delivery was very quick! and because of the weight it was done by three people. It was put indoors exactly where we wanted it. Assembly took a little while but wasn’t hard and some elements definitely a two person job.
On first use I was amazed how robust the treadmill is. I’m 260 lbs and I ran on it ( not very far though )
Since then I have completed 30 workouts and although mainly walking programs I’m now doing Tommy Rivs foundation to running course ( 30 workouts over 6 weeks ) and it’s brilliant. There’s so much content on iFIT to choose from it can sometimes be hard to find what to do next. My only criticism is the built in speaker could be a little more powerful for the music that accompanies the work outs. The only thing I can’t comment on is Customer Service as I haven’t had to use them.

Proform Pro 5000, amazing trendmill despite all the bed reviews that I had read. I am using it for almost one year and it works just as new, brilliant. Quality/price you can’t choose better.

Ease of purchase, all the information for the equipment was there and easy to understand. Picked a delivery date that suited, delivery crew contacted me on the day to say they were going to be early and if that was ok. Kept me informed all the way along.

I bought the Proform 5000 one and a half years ago, uses it twice a week max, suddenly the machine stopped working , contacted CS only to tell me that my warranty expired after one year , for the money I paid (about 1300) I would expect much more than this junk.

The classes are very enjoyable with a lot of variety to keep me interested.

Bought two machines, a HIIT machine and an exercise bike, both machines are high quality and sturdily made. The screens on both make a real difference in training as does the iFIT trainers. Delivery was quick and efficient delivered through a very narrow doorway, we really couldn’t have been happier with the service

Treadmill was delivered quickly and placed in gym room by the delivery guys. Straightforward to assemble and has a real shine of quality about it with all the components feeling robust and well designed.
I find the speed levels faster than the equipment in the gym but that’s more to do with the knackered gym gear I think… and have to reset my expectations of being able to run at faster speeds!
Only downside is the free content on the iFIT app is very limited to a basic workout with no auto adjustment and I can’t afford the full price cost of the subscription at the moment. Suggest you offer at least 1 video training programme for free?

Interesting response from ProForm fitness (see below) for a machine that wasn’t delivered (directly from them) until January 2023….
The screenshot we provided (referenced below) showed the machine was registered, therefore should have been eligible for a 2 year warranty - but they couldn’t find a record of it in any of their systems so are declining to cover - feels like an excuse on their part

Ordering the treadmill was not a problem after a great comparison on their website between two treadmills we were thinking of buying. Delivery was very well organised and got a call 30 minutes before delivery.
The treadmill is superb. Loads of features on iFIT and a very stable base ensures for a pleasant running experience

Absolutely horrible. The treadmill started going faultuly after 6 months, they tried to fix it once- than after few months it broke again but the warranty was finished. The quote for fixing it was half price of the machine. I bought it for 799, they wanted £400 for fixing it.
Do not buy this brand. Disgusting.

Brilliant service from beginning to after service. Great machine, does what it says on the tin, no messing. Easy to put togethe, does require 2 people due to the weight. Would recommend xx

I purchased a Proform cross trainer and had issues almost immediately. The noise level on the machine when in use could be heard even over noise cancelling headphones and music playing loudly. We thought maybe we had incorrectly assembled the item so we took it apart and painstakingly put it back together but the issues were still present.

I first contacted Proform on 24/01/2024. I had to wait until 08/02/2024 before I received a response. In that response I was simply asked to provide proof of purchase and a video of the noise complaint - both of which I had already provided with my original email on 24/01/2024! So clearly no care was taken to actually read my initial complaint because it if had been, they would know I had already sent both proof of purchase and a video of the noise issue. Nonetheless I provided this again.

It is now 03/03/2024 and I have yet to have any further contact or resolution. Thankfully, I purchased the Proform machine through Costco which I am thanking my lucky stars for, because I took the item back to Costco yesterday who resolved everything by giving me a full refund within five minutes. I dread to think how long I would still be waiting for Proform themselves to actually provide any customer service.

I would never, ever purchase a Proform item ever again and would strongly advise people to avoid them. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere
