I wouldn't recommend based on our initial interaction with the owner/manager.

My two young daughters have been at RLS now for over 3 years and have both grown with confidence and experience significantly. As a family we really enjoy being part of the team and help out where we can. The staff and coaches really do an amazing job and often go the extra mile before competitions to ensure everything is perfect.

We have being using RLS for gymnastics and cheer for many years.
My eldest started here lacking with confidence and with the support of the owners, coaches and peers she has grown. This gym is inclusive with everyone supporting and pushing everyone to be their best.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at RLS! The coaches have been incredible in helping our daughter grow not only in her cheer skills, but also in her confidence. A huge thank you to Shanae and Shaciara, who have taught Freyja so much and always give clear, constructive feedback to help her improve. Lilly, her flyer’s coach, has also been amazing, offering great tips to build her flexibility and develop her skills in a way that always feels safe and supportive. And Kim, her coach at EGO for competitions, is fantastic at pushing the team to be their best. She really sees their potential and encourages them to go for it, which makes such a difference. We truly love RLS and feel so grateful to be part of such a amazing and encouraging environment!

My daughter joined one of the cheer teams last year and loves it. She really made to feel part of a team.

She also does gymnastics lessons and looks forward to coming each week.

The coaches are all positive and help them learn new skills.

If I could rate less than a one star I would!! I walked past rls facility to go to my gym and I heard the owner ( Karen or Kim I believe her name is) standing outside talking about little girls being over weight. Not only that I have seen her looking parents up and downs and trying to look at some dad's in a sexualised manor. The screaming coming from inside is horrendous it's giving Miss Trunchable!! I think a call to trading standards is required as I caught a verucca just walking past!!

Toxic environment lead by 2 owners that have a negative 'if you don't like it then leave' attitude towards their paying members and have built a culture of fear rather than actually nurturing and coaching. They have an aggressive attitude towards other teams at competition when cheerleading should be about celebrating and supporting the achievements of all teams together as one united UK cheer community. They have no regard for the impact of clearly vocalising their favourite athletes out-load in front of the rest of the club and making questionable decisions throughout the season that impacts other team members just so they can keep their favourites happy, who appear to have a hold over them or something. Creepy and controlling male owner always in his office watching and listening the cctv as they record everything in the club as they have a massive victim mindset like everyone is out to get them. Under 18 athletes in the office on their own with male owner. The owners overstep the coach/athlete relationship all the time, young athletes are not your friends and you should not be directly communicating with them on socials and messaging. Overcharging customers for their own financial gain, increasing prices mid-season, unexpected charges not clearly defined in the season pack, main competitive teams kit now costs nearly £500 each, when the owner of this club is now the UK Rebel kit agent, so a massive conflict of interest, talk about monopolising the market. Sending teams to World Champs with poor organisation and owners would rather go get drunk in a bar than sort transport for a disabled person in a wheelchair left at the airport as you drive off in your hire car, not forgetting underage drinking in the club owners own villa. Shocking so we left and our kid now really happy at a rival team where the environment has no bitchiness or aggression at all, even though RLS made out the other club were horrible, so unprofessional and does not set a good example to young people in their care and why so many young athletes in their club are just horrible as they have learnt that toxic behaviour from the owners over the years. The good ones leave the club as they seek a better experience.
