Knowledge of staff was excellent. The lady was lovely.

Visited the ProCook store, Affinity - Talke Pits (Staffordshire) on Sunday morning. Very helpful, knowledgeable member of staff.

The assistent was very helpful and explained all the óptions available to me

Shortly after Christmas, I contacted the ProCook customer services, head office (0330 100 1010) at least on 3 separate occasions regarding purchase of discontinued Faux Leather Placemats. They did reveal that some stock was still available at random stores across the country and that it was up to me to address.

With this information, I then desperately begain contacting the random stores. Ultimately, the ONLY store that was more than accommodating was the Stoke-on-Trent, in Freeport Talke.

Debbie Barnes (Manager) was exceedingly helpful. She went that "extra mile" to save me a 208mile roundtrip from NN4. She kindly suggested and offered to purchase the goods on my behalf, packaged them so securely and posted the goods out to me.

It just made my day when that parcel arrived!

Debbie is truly an amazing, trusthworthy and kind hearted individual!
Truly an impecabble 5 star service! Very rare to find these days...
Her wonderful team also at the Store were always courteous, polite, friendly and extremely helpful on every phonecall that I made.

I’ve had my Induction pan set for nearly 10 years and I didn’t think I could have the lid replaced as the handle had come off. How wrong I was, not only did the assistant find the original order, she told me I am in Warranty then proceeded to replace the lid. She also said what great condition my pan was in. As they have released a milk pan to match the set, I purchased one of them too. Very helpful and friendly. Thank you
