I walked in not knowing if they even had the product i wanted, to be met by a warm smile and someone not overpowering, just helpful.

Very helpful staff
The staff ask politely if you need any help, but don't mither you when just browsing. When we needed some information the lady was very knowledgeable and again was not pushy. I have purchased from Procook previously with a knife set over several visits and shall be doing the same again with pans.
