I gave Procook 4 rather than five because I had to buy a full 4 piece dinner service to replace one broken cereal bowl. They are good but the inability to buy a replacement bowl lets customers down.

Assistant was extremely helpful and…

Assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. Made the shopping experience easy and no trouble at all.
The ability to test the knives was invaluble.

No replacements for broken bowl

Very helpful staff

I was looking for something to do a specific job. The member of staff was very patient and helpful in showing me a variety of products. I chose the mini blender which would fit my requirements exactly.

Nice Service

We were happily served by staff who knew about the product. We are really happy with our cast iron casserole. Cooks lovely and just right for our needs.

Great quality and service.

I’ve ordered on line and bought from the store and the service from the staff in the Meadowhall branch and quality of items is great.
Love that each piece of the dinner service is individual.
The home delivery took longer than expected but they did keep me informed and thankfully I wasn’t in a rush for them.
