The lady sales assistant went the 'extra mile' to help with my purchase.

Really professional and friendly service from Monika. She was so helpful and accommodating

Stall very knowledgeable and very helpful plus the products are second to none.

I went to product cook on a cold Sunday recently. Most shops were empty except this one. I wanted something particular. The single staff member was very helpful. She found my product, I paid for it then decided to look for another due to the reasonable prices! Unheard of in Lewes. I bought the second item. Love that shop and helpful staff member unflappable.

Pleasant assistant

A shop full of very nice things!! Helpful staff

No help offered and limited communication at checkout.

Great product

Purchased a rechargeable coffee bean burr grinder. Exchanged a frying pan that had seemed to have lost its non-drink capability.

Good demonstration of product use from staff. Found lady helpful and informative.

A helpful and enthusiastic staff member swiftly located an item that I had asked about. He showed me the key features and I made my purchase. He also told me about the warranty.

Great sales assistance

Helpful staff, different choices.

Very friendly and helpful service. When home found that one of the boxes was opened and items missing, as used for display in store. Rectified immediately and box replaced. Given discount.
