The lady in junction 32 branch was very knowledgeable and helped us to choose by her recommendation and gave us the features that would suit us. We paid for the set and went shopping whilst she put it together for us. We were very impressed with the service she gave us.

A pleasant shopping experience
ProCook has lots of interesting things. I wanted a birthday present. The salesperson and I had a brief and pleasant chat. I picked what I liked but wasn't sure about whether it was suitable. No pressure from the salesperson to buy, no talking me into buying it. They just let me leave - with a smile on their face. I think they knew I'd be back. When I went back, they greeted me with a smile, gave me some advice and served me pleasantly. Who could ask for more?
