ProCook Nakiri knife
I've had my eye on a ProCook Nakiri knife for a while now and decided to pop in to their store whilst in Bristol for the day. The staff were very friendly and very helpful when it came to deciding which model to buy, and with the added option to try out the different model's on a selection of fruit and veg was an added bonus. I would highly recommend ProCook, and in particular the Cabot Circus store.
