Your shipping cost to Canada has significantly increased. And 2 weeks for normal shipping!?! As you can see I am a long term customer of yours, you used to offer free shipping over a certain amount. Looks like it is no longer the case. Disappointing.

Damaged item replacement.
Unfortunately my order arrived damaged but after contacting Pro bike kit a replacement was arranged and has now been dispatched to me. Sometimes things go wrong but how they are dealt with by a company makes all the difference. I would be happy to use them again and to recommend to others. Received a bill from Customs after…
Received a bill from Customs after delivery from FedEx. Bill was for near $100.
Wouldn't have ordered from them if I had known. It was ProBikeKit US, didn't realize I would be subject to import duties.

Advertises products they do not have then do not ship
ProBikeKit engages in numerous deceptive sales techniques, including advertising that they have items in stock when they in fact do not, and representing themselves as having international presence when in fact they have one physical shipping origin in the UK (see reviews for ProBikeKit.de, ProBikeKit.com.au, etc.). I ordered two tires, listed as in stock and "usually dispatched within 24 hours." However they did not ship within 24 hours, and I received automated apology emails after 16 days, 19 days, and 27 days. Ultimately, they did not ship at all.
After 31 days I requested an explanation by email and received no response. After 46 days I created an account on the site and submitted a support request through their web form requesting an explanation, and received an immediate reply that the items were "on special order for you with our supplier but at this time they are unable to give me a date for when they will have it back in stock." After 60 days I contacted support through the web form again and pointed out that the web site still listed the items as "in stock" and requested an explanation and remedy. The response I received disregarded the facts and irrelevantly said that the estimate of 2-3 weeks delay for back-ordered items "can vary based on the product or supplier." I again pointed out that the listing said the item was "in stock" and requested that it at least be corrected if the item was not in stock, after which the website was updated to show that the item was back-ordered.
After 76 days, I received an automated email saying that the "items are ready to dispatch, however there has been a problem processing the payment for your order," presumably because the Paypal authorization had expired. When I logged in to update the payment method Paypal was no longer an option so I had to supply a credit card number. The order status advanced to the "processing" state, but 8 days later the items still had not shipped, so I contacted support again, only to be asked to verify my shipping address, which I did, and demanded an explanation. The answer I got was that the item was again "on special order with our supplier but at this time they are unable to give me a date for when they will have it back in stock" despite the order status displaying "ready for dispatch" on the ProBikeKit website.
At this point I was fed up with waiting and being given contradictory information, so I initiated an order cancellation. At first, I was unable to cancel the order, since the website indicated that the "free gift" included in the order had already been delivered. The "free gift" was in fact not free -- it was an invitation to supply my personal information to a company that would in exchange promise to plant a tree -- and I had declined the offer upon learning of its terms. However, after contacting support one last time, they were able to cancel the order completely, 4 months after I had placed it, and I was not charged.
One star for misleading advertising, inaccurate representation of the business, broken payment-update feature, broken order status feature, broken chat support feature, broken order cancellation feature, generally unhelpful support replies, and wasting my time over four months. Plus one star for not actually taking my money.
