Very good doctors but pricing issues
Felt as if staff were a bit unclear about what I should be charged and I think I may have been charged different prices at different times for the same service. Otherwise the doctors were excellent.

Review of Men B vaccination process
Very friendly and informative nurse did my children's Men B jabs. Ensured injection. Was done nice and quick to minimise stress to my kids.

Excellent service.
Very friendly receptionists and helpful doctor. Went in for my child's vaccination and it was done very quickly. There is also a children's play area which is bright and clean. very helpful!

Excellent service
We booked an Meningitis B vaccination for our daughter through Privé Health, and the service was very prompt and efficient. It was also priced very competitively when compared to other providers, and we have no complaints whatsoever.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Privé Health, and have in fact already done so.

Nurse was great, but I would expect Privee to proactively book the second MenB jab as routine, rather than me having to remember to call back to arrange it! Especially when You've already collected my money for the second jab.

We do have a system in place to book second doses however due to the extremely high volume we have experienced we have advised parents they can call us to ensure prompt booking and help manage the workload for our staff. No waiting, friendly and efficient
As soon as there were new jabs available we were telephoned with available slots and the gentleman that phoned me took his time, explained about the frequency of jabs etc.
No waiting time. Toys in reception to keep my son entertained. Lovely Dr. Only issue I have is the price; it had gone up since I started on the waiting list.

Thanks for your feedback Katherine, it is always great to hear that our patients are receiving a high level of service. However we are sorry to hear that the price of the vaccine has caused an issue. Our price has always been £140 per dose, even before the national shortage of the vaccine, and it will remain at £140 per dose when normal supply routes are re-established. Perhaps our request for both doses to be paid for upon the first appointment is what has caused confusion? We do apologise if you were not informed of this when joining our waiting list but it is something we had to put in place due to the high cost of purchasing the vaccines in great volumes. Excellent service
Everything was made very easy for us - from booking the injections right through to the injections on the day. All very efficient and communication was excellent and very speedy. Would definitely recommend and would use again without a doubt.
