I have used Private Fly a number of times and this most recent occasion continued to be an fantastic experience. I worked again with Nicholas Combes who is incredibly responsive, super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Then the brilliant Client Services Team finished off the details of the booking. On this return trip Apolina and Chloe were incredibly helpful and so patient with all the changes I had to make! The flight team on board were also faultless. My husband, our four cats and I have recently emigrated to Denmark. Our booked travel arrangements fell through shortly before we were due to leave the country, which caused a few issues.

In our search for a solution, I came across PrivateFly, gave them a ring and the result was that we arrived in Denmark on the day we needed to be there.

Elliot found us a plane flying from our nearest airport with enough space for the cats to each have their own seat (in carriers). Everything was organised to perfection by Elliot and his team. We travelled on the day the sale of our house completed and the very efficient Danish removal men finished loading much earlier than they had estimated. One phone call and we flew two hours earlier than planned. A taxi had also been booked by PrivateFly and there was another waiting at Roskilde.

Emigrating during a pandemic was quite stressful, but PrivateFly definitely had our back. Everything was arranged by the team, it was so smooth and quick, we could all travel together and although the cats hated every minute of it, the anxiety lasted a mere 1 hour 20 minutes and they were soon tucked up in a cattery.

I cannot thank Elliot and the team enough and I cannot recommend PrivateFly enough!

We had a great flight on our way in/out to Geneva from Biggin Hill. The attendance, welcoming of the ground staff, the professionalism of the crew, was first class. The plane was immaculate, and the catering very good. Nice detail from the team having thought about some dog treats for our dog. Although appreciated a very fluid communication especially during this complicated period, with threat of borders closure, and having to be ready to find alternative route on our way back. Highly recommended service.

Everything was quick and easy, documents were dealt with before flying and the service was excellent at Departure, during the flight and at arrivals.
