Beautifully cooperative and excellent service in every way.
From the onset of my phone and email communications with PrivateFly I felt in safe and professional hands. They are efficient, friendly, very attentive and responsive. This flight I arranged was for my parents who are in their early 80s and they were absolutely delighted with the exceptional service, the attentive support at the airports and during their flight from the UK to Switzerland. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending PrivateFly.

I booked a flight from Aruba to Turks through Privatefly my representative was Axel he is totally amazing professional and went out of his way too check up on me and my family making sure everything was ok , the plane exactly like described very good and the captain and co-pilot were amazing they came too the lounge too introduce themselves and asked us if we had any questions or concerns, great great experience thank you Axel and all Privatefly associates that help us , definitely use them again

Outstanding service and support from the whole team from booking to admin to flight and transfers. Excellent communication throughout and our anxieties were managed. Our trip was somewhat challenging because of Covid restrictions, entry permits, ministry bureaucracy etc. and PrivateFly worked with everybody to make our trip happen with minimum stress to us. Would definitely recommend them and we will use them again ourselves based on our experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the flight and thank everybody involved for facilitating.

We used PrivateFly for a significant and important business meeting. From the get go the service was excellent. Quote, admin, pilots, aircraft and timing was first class. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received, and most importantly the safety, which is obviously key.

Honest Feedback per your instructions: I researched no less than 7 jet companies and I have had a membership with an 8th jet company for 4 years.
My three Sons, their wives and one granddaughter just returned from Turks and Caicos from Colorado and Michigan. Because of the lousy service from the jet company I belonged to was so disappointing, (consistent with comments on two dependable websites), I began my research lasting more than half year. PrivateFly stood out in positive comments repeatedly. Most impressive to me: I believe I understand this company launched in 2008 and survived the Great Recession in this industry!
Next came the capability of the pilots and safety of aircraft. We live in the Rockies and safety for my entire family was Paramount! I learned that the PrivateFly pilots exceed the Argus and even greater elevated level of requirements.
Please note: I was once in Aviation and the charter business... The level of CONSISTANT, gracious, professional, care has been exponential.
The Covid issue was profound in another country. PrivateFly filled out our documents and submitted forms for us for success at every turn. PrivateFly let me select my own caterers.
I'm 67yo, founded a travel agency and again chartered aircraft. The level of Caring and Service is unsurpassed! Ready for the Kicker?! Out of the 8 OTHER companies, Axel and his team at PrivateFly found the MOST REASONABLE PRICE ACROSS THE BOARD!

Having been let down and lied to by commercial airlines numerous times during the Covid pandemic is was a god send to talk to a company that understood the importance of knowing what can and cannot be done when it comes to travel in these difficult times. Both Nick and Gareth made a potentially complicated trip simplicity itself. Simply magical!

Especially know in this corona panic climate it can be very challenging to go from A to B. We had a medical emergency and privately dealt with all nessesary documentations and permissions so that the trip went very smooth. I used this company a lot but Especially this trip showed that you need a reliable aviation partner!

Fantastic service end to end! So very grateful for the ease at which the team got our last minute journey sorted for us.
