It is the Apartement Nr 2 carrer des Hostals 4 in Palma de Mallorca.
We will be out before 11 for sure ! Just let me give you a summary of my experience ! The check in and Service is professional, unbeaurcratic and nice ( quick response time etc) Having said that I think the apartement can not be rented out that way ! Especially as it is announced for 4 pax ! The 2nd sleeping room can not really be seen as sleeping room as there is no window to the outside. The kitchen can not be used as the smell is unbearable which even „ infiltrated the whole flat. The flat has - despite fighting- also personally - insects / coackroaches which really makes a stay more then unpleasant ! The furniture etc is really rocked down and some can not been even used (eating / dinner table). In summary I appreciate your service but the apartement especially for that price can not be rented out and sofar can not be recommended !

Os colchões da cama de casal e do sofá cama estavam nojentos, cheios de manchas de urina, sangue, sémen e toda uma série de outros liquidos e fluidos que possam imaginar. Baratas mortas e lixo debaixo do sofá cama. Informaram nos que iriam proceder a uma limpeza e substituição dos colchões no dia seguinte, saimos do apartamento às 9h, para que a pudessem realizar... chegamos às 17h, estava tudo igual. Mentiram nos e ainda tiveram o descaramento de nos dizer, que a tinham efetuado. Pedi a presença do gerente, estava de férias, pedi o livro de reclamações, não mo deram. Ainda me responderam que ninguém dorme diretamente em cima dos colchões, uma vez que tem lençóis por cima. Edredons com manchas de sangue mal lavadas. Pedi a devolução total do montante pago pela reserva, 1498€ com seguro incluido, responderam que só me iam devolver uma noite. Incompetentes, mentirosos, total ausência de profissionalismo e consideração pelos hóspedes. Jamais voltarei a reservar e tudo farei para alertar todos os futuros hóspedes, que pretenderem reservar, para estarem informados das condições que podem/vão encontrar.

To say the accommodation was poor is an understatement. The images you provide on the website must be 10 years out of the date, the place is falling apart. A summary of some of the many issues:

Sun beds
3 metal without cushions (we had to buy blow up beds to act as cushions, chased on WhatsApp zero resolution)
2 cloth beds ripped and not useable - old

Pool:
Dirty and old with build up of algae, missing tiles, dirty grout, very old. Pool man came on Friday (our last day) and said it had no chlorine in it

Furniture
Battered, old and in many cases stained cushions, doors that don’t close or lock, the patio door didn’t lock (security risk) the main door handle fell off, the blinds broken.

Walls
Mould, damaged, damp, really, really poor

There is also cockroach’s are the hall and garage.

Bathrooms
Old, mouldy, toilet seat falling off, draws all damaged lining, sliding door doesn’t shut. Smells of drainage

Beds
Old, creaky, low quality pillows and towels,

Design
It is as though the owners have given up and removed all the soft furnishings.

The images attached are just some which show how poor the property is, the pictures on your website are against trading standards and do not reflect at all the poor, tired quality of the premise.

Paying 6k for this experience is not good and I would like a full investigation and money back from the stay. As a reputable company you should ensure images reflect the current condition of the property not from pre-Covid days when it was once probably a nice place. It needs a full refurbishment.

I book a Villa directly with the website.

Something went wrong, because I got:

16 Degrees in the common area (Living Room and Kitchen)
Smells Sewage in the main Bathroom
Custraction Workes - Destroy the Villa close to our flat - from 8.00 to 18.00 every single day

Customer Care from Priority Villas & Apartments, reply all the time: "We cannot do anything about it" - " It's not our fault"

I think is not acceptable and I will suggest you to avoid this agency and try other solution
