Customer service was excellent, even a follow up courtesy phone call after my purchase . Would highly recommend

First of all I have to say the initial staff done as much as they could do at their level and no problems with the effort from them. but more from management,

But Don't purchase a Canon printer if you have Snapdragon or Arm processor on your laptop as they won't download the drivers, I purchased a GX 6050 printer a year ago and found that the printer won't work on my new surface pro, After various conversations with Printerbase and also with canon, Canon stated that no canon printer has Snapdragon/arm compatibility so no point in swapping for another canon printer, They did temporary fix with a Microsoft version were you can only do limited functions, But not double sided scannning/printing etc, In fact its not worth the effort, Now my printer is over a year old now so they did state out of date etc, a bit of a cop out as I have a 3 year warranty but again you've guessed not covered under the small print, But I thought I was purchasing a printer from them that was UpToDate and would be compatible, So fell misled and was never never informed that the printer was limited, and no where on the website or during my phone calls with them prior to purchasing online does it mention Canon are not suitable to Snapdragon etc, So I think they do have a responsibility for that, During the discussion they have highlighted that it is my possibility to check this out, Me a 64 year old, The name of this company suggested to me that this is their field and they should be the experts not me, not in this case,

Printerbase have stated that snapdragon only came on surface pro out May 2025 I make May 2024 although it make no difference the as they still sell canon (The may want to address the limitations)

I'm not one for doing reviews, But feel so strongly about this that after a year old printer with still orginal ink cartridges with only 20% ink used, It is now not fit for purpose,

All the apologies in the world from them won't address my £370 out of pocket now through this purchase, And at no point of my complaint was offered a good will gesture or compensation Payment, so this is the company you will be dealing with

I had a beyond disappointing experience with Printerbase. I placed an order expecting their “next day delivery” promise to be honoured, but instead, they refused to fulfill and proceeded to cancel my order simply because I wouldn’t buy ink from them

As if the fact they bombard you with calls isnt enough, their so-called next day delivery is misleading — if you don’t agree to purchase ink, they just cancel your order altogether. The literally said to me (on email, so I have evidence) that they cannot waste their printers on customers like me who will not buy ink as that is where they make their money. It feels desperate and petty, and definitely not the kind of service I’d expect from a professional retailer. I will be reporting them to trading standards for this.

There are plenty of other printer vendors out there who will actually deliver what you order without these unnecessary games. Their inks are also ridiculously overpriced - same stuff as you can get on ebay for 1/10 of the price, minus the excessive packaging too. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Delivery was very quick & contact from company very good.

Fabulous customer service and commitment to satisfaction. However, let down by ParcelForce Next Day which refers to the next day after the next day.....
But don't let this put you off.

Fast delivery, quick service but expect sales phonecalls every couple of months. I'm still getting them 3 years after purchase.

Unfortunately this is one of those businesses that feels it’s necessary to ring you every time you place an order and try and persuade you to change your order to their own branded products.

They even have the audacity to keep trying when you say no, followed by we won’t contact you again. When you place another order…. Surprise surprise another call.

High pressure sale tactics and unnecessary interruptions to other businesses spoil this company. There are many good printer cartridge suppliers in the market place, my suggestion would be to use those!

Excellent service, from printerbase when I wasn't sure when the delivery was being made. Contacted me and phoned me to let me know.

I ordered an Epson ET 18100 and paid extra for a Saturday delivery. I was really worried as this was not delivered on Saturday as promised. After leaving a message on Messenger and a couple of phone calls later on the Monday the whole matter was sorted and they advised that they would refund the extra cost for the Saturday delivery. Turns out there was an issue with the courier. Printer was delivered later the same day. Excellent customer service and excellent team who do what they say they will. A big shout out to Yvette Ashton who helped to resolve. Will definately be a returning customer :)

I had a problem progressing a printer order on the internet so called Printerbase late on a Friday afternoon. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and since it was too late for a Saturday delivery I was happy to receive the item on the Monday which duly arrived as promised.
I would also add that they were the only company out of several to advise me that the particular printer I wanted was back in stock, so thank you Printerbase.

I called the team as my existing printer failed me. I wanted to get a new printer on par with my old one, which Steve sorted that out and arrange delivery the next day.
Steve called the following morning to tell me to expect the printer before lunch but it had already arrived.
3 weeks later Steve called me back to ensure I had registered the printer to give it extra warranty.
Very happy and already recommended people to printerbase. Well done and thank you.
Printer was set up easy enough and works well

Unfortunately the Brother DCP-J1310DW printer supplied by Printerbase locked up after a week but was promptly collected and replaced by Printerbase. However the replacement failed with a “maintenance” error on startup and is being collected by Printerbase and refunded. Full marks to Printerbase and zero to Brother.

I had previously purchased a printer for the office from Printerbase and their service was so good that I had no hesitation in going straight to their website when we needed a second.
They promise a next working day delivery, I placed my order on Friday and, rang me immediately after placing my order to confirm that as it was a bank holiday weekend, it wouldn't arrive until Tuesday and asked if I still wanted it. On arriving back at the office on the Tuesday morning, the printer was waiting for me.
The first time I used them, they actually rang when I placed the order to make sure that the printer I had ordered was suitable for my requirement. No hard sell, just a courtesy call.
Very, very impressed with Printerbase and will happily use them again in the future.

Staff at Printerbase were easily contactable, knowledgeable and helpful. They advised me regarding the best printer and service arrangements to suit my needs, at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.
