I bought PC Campfire smoked bacon and it was a hot mess! The slicing was so thin I could not seperate them into workable pieces. The taste was excellent but I couldn't actually serve it at breakfast.

I bought a package of your President's Choice sea salt crackers 185gm and they're absolutely tasteless! So disappointing,
I've never felt the need to complain about your products before but I am about this one. A total waste of money spent

Quality not the same, everything from carrots to bakery goods quite disgusting. Do not recommend .

Crust was very good, nice and flaky. Lots of filling. However I did not care for the consistency of the filling, it was too mushy. Also too many spices overpowering the flavour of the turkey and vegetables.

TBH I saw what other brands of ice cream looked like when supposedly melted. Made me look at the ingredients of the PC ice cream shoppe mint chocolate chip I was buying. Disgusted to see Polysorbate 80. If you go to EWG website, it is supposed to be low risk in cosmetic products. I don't buy most of those products anyways since I have always read the ingredients. Pretty sure we are not supposed to be EATING it. Will stop purchasing. Really disappointed.

Recently; Since July 2024 these Eggs have changed in every way I was buying them for - The Taste, Yolk Colour, Probably nutrition content.
Yolk is now yellow when they we're always brilliant orange, the taste has changed also.
They are now like a white egg in a brown shell.
I will not buy them any longer.

President's Choice Blue Menu is now very unhealthy. Nsme shoukd chsnge to "Red Menu".

PC Blue Menu now is high in sodium foods, loaded with fillers, and comes in diminutive portions selling for a lot more.

For example: Blue Menu butter chicken and chicken korma being sold for $6.00 a small portion, now come with 4 miniscule pieces of chicken (really tiny) in some greasy, runny sauce, with sometimes less than half a cup of rice (I guess it's by weight, so we are really paying for water, salt, and oil).

The amount of sodium per single serving is almost 1,000 mg!!!!

Shame on you!

They are the worst company to deal with anybody that wants PC their food is disgusting everything is disgusting about their company

Butternut squash Rissoto is very chemical tasting…I threw it in the garbage after tasting it.

The pc lemonade with jalepeno was a huge miss! I was hoping for a bit of heat but there was none. The regular lemonade is delicious but this was disgusting...what a disappointment. Would not recommend this product.

President choice seafood lasagna is the worst ever. No taste and too sloppy. Seriously no taste whatsoever. Couldn’t believe it

Today I called to cancel my PC Money Account to avoid a $20 Inactive Fee Charge. I entered all the required information and then waited on hold for 20 minutes, only then for the line to go busy and then hang up. I then called back and did the same thing and waited another 18 minutes, only for the same thing to happen again. I'm guessing I was hung up on because someone didn't learn how to properly operate the phone system, or someone deliberately pressed the hang-up button so they could say they served more clients.

Am I the only one experiencing the worst (absolute WORST) attempts at using Presidents Choice Phyllo Pastry? I have used this brand in the past with great success. I have many many recipes for using phyllo pastry, however, in the past two years the phyllo pastry has not lived up to its reputation. Each sheet sticks to each other and rips away when trying delicately to separate the layers. I keep hoping things will improve. I think I am a sucker for trying. I am looking to another brand from now on as my many attempts have been a disaster using Presidents Choice. Not sure what the problem is. Could they be allowing this product to thaw out at any point, then refreshing? Whatever it is. You have lost this customer

I saw PC Bangers pork sausage and thought I’d have bangers and mash. What the heck was that? It had a funny texture and it certainly didn’t taste like any sausage I’d ever had. It had no fat in it and didn’t cook up like sausage should. If you’re looking for a taste of home, this isn’t it.

We were so happy to see Presidents Choice Salmon Wellington come back. Unfortunately we were tremendously disappointed in the product now. We always purchased this product 20 to 25 years ago, until we could no longer purchase in Canadian grocery stores.
Upon purchasing recently, your pastry is definitely not puff pastry as before. The Salmon and filling were somewhat dry. We followed directions to the letter! We also found the size was somewhat smaller. Yes it would serve 4, however the end pieces are definitely more dry and half pastry!
Please, please go back to your original recipe and provide the same product from years ago!
We have always loved PC products, but very recently very disappointed! Hope you can improve

Purchased PC frozen cut Broccoli - So many pieces were stalks and stems - not peeled. Very woody and tough - not able to chew or swallow. VERY BAD quality product.

At Christmas we purchased 4 Bags of Praline Pecans.
We noticed that each bag had at least a 5th of the bag was loaded/ filled with Sugar, Cinnamon bit clusters. Nothing to do with Pecans.
Very disappointed in this product. And being a Presidents Choice product.

I love President's Choice brand organic products, they are very good, my favorite is organic strawberry kefir, it so delicious, would recommend for everyone to try it.
And by the way their smoked atlantic salmon is the best. And their organic honecrisp apples are the juiciest and the most delicious apples you would try.

I always buy PC Organics 30 pack of free range brown eggs. Every time, I can be sure of 1 or 2 broken eggs. When I had 3, I lodged a complaint to vis Storeopinion.ca. I did get a generic response. Today when I came home with the eggs there are 10 broken,TEN- a 30% fail rate! I have to drive 30 minutes to the store because I live rurally so to drive another 1 hour round trip to return and buy new eggs infuriates me. Clearly this broken egg issue is a major issue with PC Organics since it happens EVERY TIME I buy them. I do transport them carefully so they are not breaking in my car. So I now will shop anywhere BUT Superstore because they really aren't any cheaper if I have to waste my time and gas to repurchase eggs.

It's becoming totally impossible to reach customer service. They keep me for hours on hold and it has been going on for months. Things never used to be like that before the pandemic. This really sucks!!
