I just had the crab lobster dip! Worst ever. Save your money. Really horrible.

Have been buying PC Decadent Chocolate Chip Cookies since their 1st day on the market They are a weekly purchase but today I realized they are making the actual cookies noticeably smaller and the taste is now different… why can’t you leave a good thing alone?

Purchased a tin of PC Creamed Rice Pudding. Was kind of like opening a can of sweetened evaporated milk and finding something resembling rice in the runny mixture. At almost five bucks for 400g, not worth it. You can practically buy two tubs of Kozy Shack rice pudding for the cost of one can of this tripe.

Although the products are OK the packaging is cheap and terrible. Especially the cheese.

I was having company and picked up a frozen key lime pie for dessert. The picture on the box looked perfect and i held out hope that it would look and taste delish. Time came to open box…and any hope of a delicious dessert went out the window! It looked like lemon pie or a custard pie.. not in the least like lime! No lime taste neither. My husband who is used to my key lime took one bit and threw it in the garbage! This pie in PC’s lineup badly needs an overhaul for color and taste ! I wish I’d served the box!

Try and get the points as advertised that you are entitled to and you will be endlessly frustrated. What a dishonest company. I wouldn't invest in any of their financial products no matter how enticing. You're going to get it but good. Keep away.

I bought a 6 pack of crumpets (president’s choice) and it only contained 5. If I had served them then one of my grandkids wouldn’t get one. I had to drive 40 minutes to go buy a loaf of bread for breakfast. What a hassle. I will check each package for the proper amount going ahead but I wont be buying PC brand ever again. I have photos and video.

Pc yellow curry sauce has been such a disappointment and waste of money.
I have always liked it and for the past year now it's either gone bad, tastes awful, or doesn't even taste like curry.
Everytime we get it, its going through the shelves to find which product hasn't separated or expired. We think we're getting a good bottle and I swear, the last 5 or 6 times it's tasted terrible. You waste chicken, rice and the money spent on these products just to have to throw dinner away completely. Pc has taken such a nose dive and I bet they purposely put in bad ingredients these days to make a quick buck. I now have to throw out my dinner again and cook something else. This is 30$ wasted literally everytime I go for Pc products. Even their chicken breast are hard after cooking and taste like they're either pumped with crap or gone bad.

Organic Shrimp Ring - label states there are 31 to 40 shrimp in the package. There are ALWAYS exactly 28 shrimp. The product quality is excellent and I don't care that there are only 28, but let's please update the label.

President's choice medium buffalo style chicken wings absolute garbage EST. 331210252 number... Threw them out. Actually don't buy them
Rubbery poor quality of chicken. Very sad

The PC app is absolutely trash. They are horrid at awarding earned points, and if you ever have to dispute your earned points, be aware that they will do everything in their power to deny you your points, on only award them after wasting literally hours of your time

frozen single serve meal. DELICIOUS! Just flavourful enough, not over powering, chicken is REAL and very tasty. As I'm being careful not to buy any frozen meals from the US right now, this one I grabbed to try. Will be buying again! This is a product of Thailand, President's Choice product. Excellent quality. I didn't follow the directions for stirring half way through, and I loved the result of the crispier chewy rice at the bottom. I'll do that again too!

Do NOT ever purchase any products from PC. I signed up for their express pass on a promo for 75000 pc optimum points upon signing. Well it turns out, after MANY inconvenient phone calls and promises I would receive them only to receive rejections stating I was a previous customer (I signed up February 1, 2025.) and another stating I have a MC and don’t qualify! Only thing is I paid out and cancelled that credit card back in December. Turns out that PC did not cancel my MC account and is still reporting to the credit bureau and is affecting my ability to obtain further credit due to my debt ratio being affected. That’s a whole other uphill battle to get PC to do their job. In fact they have told me to contact trans Canada myself and request it be removed. It’s a vicious circle. Also to note is that PC sends you an email response telling you to explicitly respond to that email, but as it’s a no-reply email it gets bounced back and I have to once again drop everything to call them.

Presidents choice has TERRIBLE customer service and totally baited me into buying their pc express pass and switched out by not providing the 75000 points.

Additionally the PC Express service is inadequate as well, the handful of times I used the service, I have not received a satisfactory service! One time the shopper charged me $15 for a cooked chicken I didn’t receive as well as bread not received and rotten apples, and expired coffee creamer.

The incompetence of PC is atrocious.

I bought PC (free from) chicken pot pie for the first and last time. The pie looked really nice when it came out of the oven; the pastry was short crust but…oh dear the contents were almost uneatable. There was a grey slimy mess that contained a few peas BUT where was the chicken? I took a taste but it was so salty …into the bin. I will not buy again.

The President Choice group recently introduced Collect & save. This was in the usual PC marketing schemes one more scam. Did not last a month after spending your dollars in their stores and collecting stamps, try redeeming. The responce at the store " WE DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE " ! Myself I will redeem all my points on my PC card and never enter another PC / WESTON company store again.

Never more than 31 prawns and this time only 28. Stating 31 to 40 should be amended. They are very good though.

President's choice Avocado Oil has a fake green coloring added to it. It does NOT look like normal avocado oil at all. In fact it looks like it came from the bottom of the barrel. Will not buy again.

I'm complained about your PC product of kettle cooked spicy ketchup chips... It was full pack of salty chips, it was unhealthy for humans ❗... You guy's should be considered people health and safety when you produced the items in future. Thanks.

I purchased a “Holiday Feast” turkey pie. “Its like a turkey dinner …with veggies cranberris and grav, no carving required”
“Turkey Pie with vegetables and dried cranberries in our signature rich pastry crust”
All I was required to do to enjoy this feast was tomwarm it in the oven. The crust looked wonderful, golden and flaky, BUT the inside of the pie? All ground up together into some grey looking mash, no idea what we were eating. In my opinion….grey mush in “flaky pastry” does not a “Festive Dinner” make.

PC 'Stevia, natural calorie free sweetener' shows no carbs and no calories on its 'nutrition facts', but this is TOTALLY misleading. I discovered in a recent test that my sugars had gone up, despite years of a careful low carb diet. The culprit seems to be this product, and upon research of the contents, stevia and corn malodextrin it is the latter that is the problem - it is very high on the glycemic index!! YOU REALLY SHOULD LABEL THIS. This is a dangerous product for those trying to manage their blood sugar levels and should not be consumed. Thx.
