Placed an order on 9/18. Reached out on 9/26 for an update. (Only a chatbot, since there is no phone number) No reply. Reached out again on 9/29, no reply.
I am beginning to wonder if I should expect anything.

Update: received order late October - at least 6-7 weeks after ordering. I was disappointed that the 2 high school football jerseys that took so long to arrive didn’t even have the last name on the back as I ordered. I sent pictures and a note to their customer service. I especially wanted the last name on the back because the jerseys are in support of my recently adopted son who loves his new last name and we thought it would be a great surprise.
Customer service replied asking if I could confirm that I ordered these jerseys with the last name. I went back to the original confirmation which only shows the front of the jersey. Because of that, Prep Sports takes no responsibility and offered no resolution. I’m 1000% sure I ordered the name on back and saw a rendering of what it would look like when I checked out.
I could have bought plain jerseys directly from the school. Why would I have to special order jerseys with no name on the back?
So disappointed with this company. I missed the entire football season and was never able to use the jerseys I spent significant money to buy.

My original order was incorrect. I reached out and Ashley did not hesitate to make things right!

I am sorry I ordered from this company. All the other reviews are crazy. I received the shirt just before the season ended, it cost to much for a see through shirt.
MOST IMPORTANT THEY ARE NOT PARTNERED WITH THE SCHOOL AS THEY CLAIM.

Ordered 3 full weeks ago and my order has still not been produced and certainly not shipped. I’ve requested a refund multiple times and keep getting refused even though they still haven’t made my order! I was told it would be shipped last week or early this week- it’s Wednesday night and they still have not produced my order. Meanwhile they have been enjoying my money for 3 weeks!

I ordered hoodie with front and back lettering. Hoodie arrived with only front lettering. I have a
ttempted to contact company with no response.They do not have a customer service phone number. Why not? They're afraid to take a call based upon other reviews posted with bad experience. Stay away from Prep Sportswear!!!! Far Away!!! May be less expensive, but as the saying goes- You do not get what you pay for!!! THEY SUCK!!!

I used this company because they could produce local designs and stated the clothing would arrive in 5-6 days. My daughter had a homecoming pep rally she wanted to wear her sweatshirt too. We ordered these clothes clothing on September 4 and it still is in production!! They won’t assign a tracking order yet because they still aren’t done making it. Very disappointed. We ordered 3 items and it was almost $200. I expected way more.

Zero stars is more accurate!!! Order has been "in production" for three weeks. Asked if they could send partial order and response was "no". If you have made it this far trust your gut and the BBB!!! if they reply it's bogus details!!!! The response time is not exactly in a timely fashion as well, probably because Stephanie spends a half day responding to order complaints. Taking this to FTC, they changed names due to a lawsuit.

Received the sweatshirt I ordered in quick time and was able to trace the shipping points with ease.
The sweatshirt is good quality and exactly what I ordered.
Now need a little cool weather to wear my purchase.

So I ordered240$ worth of high school clothing from here! Don’t do it unless you order 3 sizes bigger (the stores adult large is a child size large) and it took 3 weeks to get! Because they don’t work weekends or holidays. So I am out of 240$ because family members and I can’t wear the shirts!! Please shop at spirit wear they are alot better!

I placed an order on 13 September, it is now 19 September. I used their chat bot as there is NO PHONE NUMBER and you can only leave a message on their website. NEVER do business with a company that does not have a phone number. American made, we will see, I'm all about that, but if you can't provide customer service, you shouldn't be in a business. I will not be placing any further orders with this company.

Be very careful when ordering from them. I placed an order for three items since 21 days and never received anything. They have no number and the emails I sent which were 5 never had a response. Had to order somewhere else. The order I made was very simple. Never place your order here you will get ripped off. Period

The company is hard to get ahold of and their policies are inaccurate. I placed an order and 2 weeks later have not received it. There is a reason there is no customer service phone number, beware.

Ordered some shirts from this company on August 31’st for an event at the end of September. Here it is September 16th and I have not received tracking information nor have I received a response about the status of my order.

They do not have a way to contact them. No phone, no email. Order paid for weeks ago, yet still shows not in production. Honestly, seems like a scam. They do not respond, yet are quick to take money. Only contact info is a PO box, so guess I should have checked that first

When they send you a shirt / sweatshirt / ANYTHING THEY sell that is too large or too small, you can just kiss that money goodbye. You are stuck with it. There is no way to return it, exchange it, or get something else.

The two items I ordered were measured differently size-wise. I misread the measuring instructions so one was too small. When I reached out to them, Chandler R. offered a replacement at their cost. He was very easy to work with and I recommend them highly. Their customer service is great!

Item was sent USPS. Worst delivery method EVER! I wanted the shirt for 9/6/25 and it is stuck in Cleveland for the past 4 days. So..even though I ordered and it was supposed to be here by Friday..when I wanted to wear it on Saturday...I didn't get it and am not holding my breath for next weekend either. Won't order again because if the delivery method.

I’m so excited to get my alma mater sweatshirt! I had the greatest customer service experience with Ashley! Hands down, a solid company. I look forward to doing more business with you!

Absolute trash quality shirts and sweaters provided. Their customer service is trash and policy is set up so that you are screwed either way when something isn’t right with quality unless they messed up on printing. They pay $5 dollars for a shirt sell it for 30 knowing the quality is trash. When you reach out they tell you oh sorry we can help per put policy but we’d be happy to give you free shipping on another order…. If your item was trash once why would I buy again.

AMAZING, INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The representative, Greg, went above and beyond to complete my order after I realized I'd make a mistake on my order. My order was delivered in no time, absolutely PERFECTLY DESIGNED!
