These crooks are still scamming people - including my partner - under different names, including Beach Travels and Exclusive Time Online. I have reported them to Report Fraud (previously known as Action Fraud). Has anyone had a positive result against them through the Small Claims Court, Action/Report Fraud or some other agency (eg. solicitors)? Is there any way us victims can get together to put an end to this disgusting racket?

They operate just inside of the law if you count bullying sales techniques, verbal abuse and out and out lying as legal.

Terrible customer service. Upsell and upsell to the point where you have spent £600 on supposed free weeks holidays (from 23/3/22) which are nothing of the sort. The daily admin fee alone adds up to the same as a holiday. I could always find better deals myself (quality and value) through providers such as voyage prive and luxury escapes, far less hassle to book.

When you try and book something it’s all by email you wait days for answers by which time nothing is available and they don’t provide packaged holiday options as they originally said to me.

I’ve had regular sales calls with them for the last three years, always the same approach only want me to spend more money even when I’ve not managed to take a single break with them. My complains never upheld. It’s an absolute racket.

In this day and age I cannot see how their business model works. I had three years to take 6 weeks worth of holidays and could find absolutely nothing to suit my family and my budget for the dates I could travel.

I travelled no where with them, received no benefit and I tried endlessly to get a refund on the basis of mis-selling and they were absolutely horrible to me. Even when I presented evidence by email of what had been promised to me versus what I was being given they refused to do anything simply said that’s not how it works end of.

My advice would be to put the phone down when they call you and tell you you’ve won a weekend break. That’s how it all starts.

A SCAM

I bought this and they never delivered. I travel at least 4 times a year, and on every occasion, the prices they offered were higher than booking.com, even though I paid them £750, which should have made the price cheaper. I contacted the company multiple times, and they refused to help or refund me. Disgraceful. My rewards expired and I lost my money.

Beach Travels/Platinum Breaks/Premium Breaks all owned by Easy Consulting SL of Alicante. Spain. They have taken nearly £3000 from my late wife and I over five years and although no flights or hotels have been booked, when I asked for a refund given that I no longer wished to go away without my dear wife who had paid the original management fees, they refused citing 'terms & conditions' and we had no cancelled within them cooling off period. Even one of the T's & C's state that we should BOTH travel together. No compassion or sympathy from Beach Travels. Now they have our money, they have ceased all communication. Scam company. Don't go anywhere near them!

How do you get your money back from these people. I was miss sold 5 weeks. I stated quite clearly the UK destination that I would use this for, I don’t go abroad as I cannot take the sun, it brings me out in lumps! Diagnosed when I was 16, GP told me I was allergic to the sun. When I tried to book for a week they offered one night at almost a £100 supplement, I was told that supplements would be around £20 a night if booking first class accommodation. I was then told that they “don’t do” the place I wanted to visit. I had plans there so I then searched and found hotels with breakfast at £43 a night. I was going to book this myself but was told that I couldn’t get my money back as it was over 3 months (just) since I bought the package. So I reluctantly let them book it. I have been trying to get the difference back since but they are unmoveable and are only interested in trying to sell me a UK package, that they now do, or Cruise packing at additional costs! And additional supplements.

To the person who has written the one 5 star review which actually agrees with what everyone else says (probably written by one of the scammers in disguise) Like we are all in a position to fly to Alicante and confront them and then like we will be given our money back. And just what good would getting the home addresses of the employees do? I can only echo what has already been said in the one star reviews. They cold call, are very convincing, told me that they were able to offer such discounts because they want people to review the holidays. Explained my circumstances and that I dont go away that often. Was told that you had two years to use them but that it didnt really expire as it could be extended. they take ages to respond to queries and then when they get back to you, the prices are ridiculous, can be booked cheaper online or even at a high street travel agent. Silly reasons were given for this such as the time of year, when it wasn't even in the school holidays or from mid September. So in all I was conned out of nearly £700. All I got were promised that they would extend the length of time I could use the offer , which is useless as you are paying more than you normally would. Be interested in hearing from someone who can help me with regards to recovering some if not all of the money

Having seen this company on Rip Off Britain iPlayer today I am appalled this company and all the others must be stopped and held accountable ( jailed )
I personally have not used any these companies ( scammers ) and never would after hearing about such a scam beware avoid avoid avoid avoid..........

Instead of you lot moaning about how much money youve been scammed out of how about one of you going to see them ! And actually getting your money back by any means necessary! There based in alicante, these two guys have strong affiliation with the scum Darren Wilkinson and Andy Ransom. If you alot actually researched properly you can get home addresses of all their employees which I found within 5minutes!!

This company doesn't have the hotels on offer. This is a scam they want your money no hoilday dont use them. Fake.

This company is currently being shown on Rip Off Britain. It's a timeshare scam operating out of Alicante !

Disgusting company who is a COMPLETE money stealing CON ARTIST. Hope they all end up in prison as it’s the only place they belong. Look up BBC Watchdog aired 7th August.

Having seen this company on Rip Off Britain iPlayer today (26th June 2023) and having read the reviews, I am absolutely amazed this company and all the others that are part of Easy Consulting SL have not been closed down and the directors jailed! I personally have not used any of these companies and never would after hearing about so many terrible experiences. Really there should be an option to give no stars here ....

Absolute scammers. They give me prices which is actually much higher than booking.com
They keep bother you with fake offers to take more money from you. I asked them to remove my phone number from their marketing calls but they are still calling all the time and they hand up rudely once I tell them that I don't want more calls
