Avoid. Unfortunately I booked without checking out the reviews but simply put, go elsewhere. I booked a horse riding experience and no transparency about dates was shown beforehand, simply book and you get access to their availability and book within 90 days, more than enough time.. however, there’s no availability until 2027! Which is way past 90 days, so the voucher is effectively unusable. Furthermore there is no contact number to call, emails and forms are all redundant with no response and upon searching the business itself on google.. it all led to dead ends. Avoid like the plague, this site should be shut down.

I tried to book an event on this website - it fell through at the payment page which I thought was odd. I then read the reviews. I reached out to the company/event they were promoting through yumping and they say they have no relationship with them whatsoever and havent heard of them - are they taking money for events they know will never happen? If I could have picked no stars I would have. I have let the company know she they can address yumping as it would be fraud to take customers money if there is no such event on offer.

Véritable arnaque.
Je réserve une activité chien de traineau à 180€. Je reçois un mail de confirmation de Yumping avec le nom de l'agence qui me recevra. Je les appelle car il n'y a aucune information d'horaire sur le lien.
Quelle a été ma surprise d'entendre que ce prestataire ne travaille pas avec Yumping et qu'il n'a jamais reçu ni de réservation de leur part, ni d'argent.
Malgré de multiples relances sur ce site pour avoir des explications et un remboursement, aucune nouvelle de leur part.
Fuyez avant de vous faire arnaquer.

Do Not Use！

Bought a ticket for a fishing event in Portugal. The service provider cancelled the event due to bad weather.

After requesting refund for several times using their stupid contact forms for more than 2 months, I have never received any information back from them, not even any follow-up email!!!

And the worst thing, they don't have a bloody telephone number for you to contact them!!!

Llevamos meses solicitando la baja definitiva y la eliminación de nuestro perfil en Yumping, sin éxito.
El contenido de nuestras actividades sigue publicado contra nuestra voluntad, con dilaciones injustificadas. Esto les ocurre a muchas empresas y perjudica también a muchos usuarios, como se puede leer por aquí.
En una llamada se nos condicionó la eliminación del perfil a retirar una opinión negativa.
No recomendamos esta plataforma a otras empresas y recomendamos a los usuarios que extremen la precaución para que no se queden sin actividad!!

This is a SCAM - do not use. I bought a gift voucher for a riding stables in UK but the owner has never had any relationship with Yumping and the stables are still listed on Yumping’s website. I have asked for my money back from Yumping but this has been refused.

A puntito de caer estafado por esta gente. Mi hija casi hace el pago ( Nunca se fíen de quien obliga a hacer el pago completo y no una señal). No entro en detalles de lo que nos ha hecho darnos cuenta pero miren en otras plataformas de opinión y verán que es una estafa masiva. Es el paraíso del delincuente España. Salen impunes; pero hay gente gallarda que se busca la justicia por su mano. No queda más remedio.

Nefasto, estábamos de vacaciones en jerez y teníamos un paseo a caballo el cual pone un horario y luego resulta que es mentira nos tuvimos que marchar por no poder hacer la actividad en el horario que ellos mismos indicaban y no nos han devuelto el dinero, son unos estafadores es de vergüenza esto, y encima no se hacen responsables de nada sin vergüenzas!!!!

I booked a Canoeing experience for 2 with this company 5 weeks ago. I have been unable to get a response from any of the telephone numbers given to confirm dates etc from either this organisation or the canoe company they claim to have an affiliation with. Messages sent to them have not been responded to. I have lost £60+

I paid £30 to Yumping for coasteering with Nevsail Watersports (based in Limerick and Kilkee). Nevsail have never heard of Yumping or my booking. They say Yumping has taken their name and scammed me. DO NOT BOOK WITH YUMPING!

Es una estafa, después de pagar ya no aparece el bono, imposible contactar con ellos, me han estafado 58 euros. Ojo!

I booked an activity through Yumping.com only to discover the provider had no affiliation with them. I couldn’t reach Yumping for support, and to date have been scammed for £165. After researching, I found many similar complaints from other users and even business owners who say their services were listed without consent. This company appears to be operating deceptively and should be investigated. Avoid at all costs.

Company took my money and stated the booking was placed. The email confirmation states to contact the provider who had no knowledge of my booking and stated that they had stopped using this company some time ago because they weren’t getting paid. Thankfully I paid by credit card.

Scam website beware

Scammers, no refunds, company used had tried to close down with Yumping. They were still using 2022 pictures etc and the old prices. Very difficult to contact them, no reply to mail etc.

Réservation indisponible chez le prestataire alors que Yumping l'a acceptée et a encaissé le montant. Impossible de joindre Yumping par téléphone. Pas de retour. C'est tout simplement du vol

Mala gestión del contenido de ofertas de su web, había reservado una ruta de moto de agua a las cuevas de Benagil en Portugal, esta actividad valorada en 230€, tras realizar la reserva y su correspondiente pago me sale los datos de la reserva y al contactar con la empresa que me indica la reserva, dicha empresa me dice que no realizan esa actividad, trato de ponerme en contacto con ellos con un numero de teléfono que no existe y después de mandar un mail desde su plataforma web aún estoy esperando contestación, si haceis la reserva desde su plataforma web, aseguraros que la actividad existe para no llevarse sorpresas como la que me he llevado yo...

A la espera estoy de que me den una respuesta...
