Premier Hot Tubs Recenzje

great company we love our new hot tub and the delivery guys were fantastic many thanks dave

We were very impressed with the service we.
When purchasing we were given the opportunity to speak to other customers and see their hot tub in situ which was very reassuring when making such a significant online purchase.
The hot tub was a great price for the spec and was delivered swiftly.
Set up was easy & the after care service ensured that any issues encountered were rectified quickly.
We are very happy with our purchase & would definitely recommend.

Premier hot tubs delivered our hot tub 4 weeks ago. The delivery man was absolutely 1st class he just couldn’t do any more to help us. It was a challenging delivery to get into position and without him not sure we would have managed it. From ordering to delivery loads of contact and keeping us informed. Once the tub was installed we weee able to have a look and now we have had time to use it we cannot fault anything. We cannot recommend enough this company we got a brilliant hot tub for such a competitive price.

Premier hot tubs have been great. The product itself is amazing and has been thoroughly enjoyed since its installation, and the customer service and delivery was also of an impeccable quality.
I would highly recommend.

Excellent communication and service from Premier Hot Tubs, even to the point of processing the order on a Sunday (and Christmas Eve no less!). We purchased the Exuma TV model and can't fault it... very spacious, very comfortable and very luxurious. The delivery process was a bit delayed (but due to shipping channel delays so outside of the company's control) but really well communicated and was perfect on the actual day of delivery. Would recommend them to anyone 😀

Very Happy with our new Hot Tub. Communication was very good from start to finish and happy to answer any questions.

The best Hot Tub provider in the UK, by far.
We spent several weeks visiting garden centres and specialist hot tub retailers, as well as the usual places like Costco and B&Q, to view the hot tubs they had on offer.
Our criteria was that we wanted something big and with plenty of jets.. We finally found one, but with a heavy price-tag. We put down a small deposit, but I wasn't quite content that we'd found something that justified the money..., so I did some more searching online and found very much the same tub with Premier Hot Tubs at a much better price, AND, this one came with a TV option !!! What more can you ask for?! :)

Don't be fooled, you might think that you can find other tubs at the same price, but they will NOT be as BIG. 2.3m x 2.3m. The extra 30cm on any other hot tub really makes the difference. Other places offering tubs at the same size are far more expensive.

From the first time I inquired, to the moment of delivery, the service we received was fantastic. The after service is also amazing - as with anything new, you have a lot questions - Rick and Karen have really gone above and beyond to provide support to us newbies. Their patience has been really appreciated.

I couldn't recommend this company enough. If you are looking for a Hot Tub, then look no further.

Very good company. Helpful, nice family business. I recommend 5 start. Thank you

We bought a hot tub from Premier Hot Tubs back in 2020 following a recommendation from a friend. Our hot tub is fantastic and we are so glad we got it. The after sales support is really good too. Joe is always on hand to give help and support whenever needed.

Received a cover but unfortunately it wasn’t the correct size, and did wait a while for the product also. However their customer service is nothing but good so far, very friendly staff willing to help out. Received a full refund so can’t fault them one bit. Thanks premier, very helpful indeed.

Great company to deal with, always on hand to help via email or phone call, great products delivered fast and efficiently. We love our hot tub 😊👍

Premier Hot Tubs are an outstanding company to deal with, offering high quality products and unsurpassed customer service.

My hot tub is probably over 10 years old and still going very strong - this is a testament to the product quality given it has been outside subject to harsh weather conditions for those 10 years!

What is more, the customer service provided is amazing.

First, they have been very happy to support me with such an old product, which is a refreshing change in today's world.

Second, their team have and provide intimate technical knowledge of their product, seemingly any issue they know the cause of and often send helpful videos to show how to resolve.

Third, they go above and beyond, without fail. They have ordered custom parts for me from their manufacturer that they don't normally sell, provided all sorts of advice and been very generous.

Companies like this are few and far between these days. Thanks very much Premier!

Highly recommended to all - you are safe in the knowledge of a long-lasting product and excellent support behind it.

The product is excellent value, it was delivered on time with great advice.
The ongoing support is very good. I definitely recommend this company

Had the hot tub a couple of years now. What a fantastic experience. Any questions I have are instantly answered by Premier, I am so pleased I purchased through premier, totally reliable and without question the best value for money hot tubs on the market today. I would without hesitation recommend Premier Hot Tubs to anyone.

Ordered the hot tub thermal cover, courier caused a couple of delays that Premier dealt with quickly, very helpful team. Cover has arrived and we are delighted with it, good quality and perfect fit. This will protect our hot tub from winter weather for years to come.

Excellent communication from start to finish of our purchase. Delivered and installed to the north of Scotland within one week. Fantastic hot tub and brilliant customer service from the team.

Good experience with Premier Hot Tubs, Joe was very responsive and gave us a great deal on the item we had been looking for

We purchased a Tahiti hot tub from premier hot tubs. Firstly the price was very good compared to others. Communication was excellent. Karen couldn’t be more helpful. Delivery was on time. Quality of the tub and the enjoyment the family are experiencing is wonderful. The only thing I would change is the tv. It’s just not that straightforward to use but hay I was born in the 60’s!

Fantastic service from Rick & Carolyn.
Very quick delivery and helpful advice.
We now have a lovely hot tub to relax in!

I have a holiday lodge business and have bought hottubs from Premier for the last 10yrs .
Fantastic service , Karen and Rick do a brilliant service I would very recommend
