Had a issue with an ad that had places received an email straight away so could edit mu ad and make some changes I replied to a lovely lady called Holly who explained immediately where had worded my ad wrong so put right immediately and again Holly responded to my next email again quickly so my ad was able to go live my experience with Holly and preloved has been amazing 👏

Holly was very helpful and helped me resolve my issue, thank you 😊

I used this website 3 years ago then I told them I wanted to cancel my membership. They now charge me for full membership and I can't even log in as I do not receive the reset password link on my email. Email is the same, nothing in spam etc. I sent them an email but no one ever replied. I have notified my bank but I'm expecting a full refund.
To Stephen: I did send an email to you as no contact number is being provided and I received NO response. This is a security concern because you can't locate my account, you didn't receive my email or didn't reply but you still have retained my bank account details. You have taken money for a membership on 9th Dec according to my bank statement. Why don't you provide a phone number? How do I get a refund if no one contact me?
12/12/24 I have send the third email now, no reply. How come you can't find my account but have taken my money. Your account department needs to sort this out. Please refrain from sending a link that I can find myself on line and propose a real solution.

I contacted Preloved with a message on a Saturday afternoon and I got an answer and resolution by Sunday morning. Emma was very efficient and helpful.

I made an enquiry about how to register a new bank card, ready for my renewal subscription. I was worried it may try and automatically take my subscription renewal from my old card. I received a very prompt response from Megan, who has sorted it out for me. Thank you Megan.

Very quick responce by Holly to change my email address.

Why is it every time you get a negative review you cannot find their account I cancelled mine because I had the same message exactly, so not even a personal reply pathetic

Easy to use and sell all kinds of items. Country wide market place. All supported by good customer support.

Not very good, tons of sponsored pop up ads, free users need to wait 12 days to respond to a new ad, which is effing stupid.
Site is super slow to load, and many ads stays up for several years, like 2000+ days, just updated over and over and over again, the kids will be in college, before the ads of the clothes they wore when they were 5 finally gets taken down, as the clothing items are probably long gone by now aswell, as people always forget to remove the ads after selling the item.
Rude sellers aswell, real losers

No, I wont contact you, people been reviewing in the .com which is strange since you are a co.uk and if one looks for the preloved.com one ends up on the co.uk. You were acquired by Moo and since your site is full of popups and dont say you don't know! I used to have a subscription with you, but you used my photo in an advert reason why I parted with you.

I think all those positive reviews are false.
Preloved is an online second type store.
Preloved used to be a very pleasant site to use, and indeed I used to have a yearly subscription but it was acquired by Moo and since it is now just a site full of popup ads, one of the worst.
Will Moo stop this review? I bet they will.

A member contacted me regarding an item I had for sale with an official looking automated message saying they had arranged a door to door pick up via Royal Mail which needed me to click on a link to complete a short form and to organise their payment. Alarm bells as the member did not know my address or size and weight of the item they alleged to have booked so I asked if we could meet since their location was shown to be not far from me. The response was brief and said they are too far away. I flagged this up to Preloved as suspicious and have been in contact with Holly. Within 24 hours this member had been investigated, their account declined and message removed. I was so impressed with the speed of Preloved's investigation and actions as this is the protection one wants from an online platform. Well done Holly and Preloved.

Just had a scam message about they have paid royal mail for item please leave email for confirmation to receive payment. ???. Know its a scam but you carnt report or block the person. When I replied implying I knew it was a scam they have messaged back again.

They only care about pop up ads all over the page. Pages won't load properly and is very slow due to all the ads plastered everywhere.

They want to know your full address and the ins and out of a ducks bum lol very strange.

I tried to put up some ads for my pet snakes and told me i need to upgrade to a business account because i am a business! They deleted every add! We are not a business for trying to rehome 3 snakes! I told them i have to rehome them for medical reasons. Its time and effort posting to preloved and having to make sure everything is within the margins because they are soo fussy.

I can't recommend this site.

Of course you can't find our accounts because we've closed them!

Still waiting for my refund for the membership i was paying for.

Freeads.co.uk is better

I see why pet shops put every animal in the store on 1 ad now. Even business's dont want to pay preloved lol. £20 + vat a month. Outrageous prices.

ALOT of time wasters use this site so thats another thing to be aware of.
I've heard preloved make fake accounts to make their website look good so the messages from time wasters are probably them!

I had an issue with automatic payment renewal on preloved which I was not aware off and should be taken off it should be upto the customer to choose if they want to renew. I had no idea until I was browning my account.

So I sent customer service an email. I was greeted by MEGAN who responded super fast no problems at all and cancelled the auto renew subscription without a blink of an eye. Couldn’t really get any better service :)

I was having trouble signing in (my fault, as it turned out) and emailed for help. Holly replied really quickly with all the information I needed to resolve the problem. She was really friendly and efficient. An A+ experience!

I actually contacted preloved to cancel my membership, which I had had to sell a camper van.
I sent my email into the ether without much hope of a reply...
The representative, Megan, was in contact the following day and hadn't questioned anything, had just done what I asked.
Also, she was extremely polite.
Very refreshing.
