This is the second time I buy a watch from Precision Time (once in 2012, and now 2017), and I am extremely satisfied. First of all customer service is very professional and keeps you updated about all instances throughout the whole order from processing to delivery. Moreover, the watch arrives promptly, and packaged securely and professionally. All watches are brand new and original, with original international guarantee. Last but not least, when you're buying a premium luxury watch (whether online or not), you need to choose a trusted retailer, and I highly trust Precision Time; which is why I bought a second time, and hopefully more in the future.

I needed the watch by a specific date, as I was attending an event, the whole team kept me updated through the whole process through emails and SMS....and I got a courtesy call when it was on the way and got my watch right on time. Caution!!
The product is good and as is communication. However, delivery was poor with a variety of dates suggested at some inconvenience when the delivery was date not met. Precision Time eventually blamed the courier UPS. Suggest they change, if this is the case. Time scale for delivery, outside of the problems, seemed unduly long. Watch out for this.

We are aware the product was delivered about a week late, we feel we have updated you as much as possible during the order process to advise of rare cases of potential delays to orders. Delays caused by couriers are out of our control and this is not a common occurrence so we can't predict when instances occur.
UPS are normally very reliable and as they send thousands of shipments a day occasionally a shipment maybe delayed
We hope the other aspects of our service were first class and that factors our of our control were accounted for

Unsure at the outset, but post purchase am happy
Although the watch took marginally longer than the 21 days quoted, it was because the model had changed. Additionally the strap had altered but they were upfront about the alteration and offered to cancel the purchase if it was not to my wife's liking.
Kept me informed during the process and notes added to my account so everyone knew what was going on.
Would use again.

The watch I ordered took 8 weeks to …
The watch I ordered took 8 weeks to arrive rather than the 5-21 days estimated at the start of the ordering process.
Communication from Precision Time was ok; I would have liked weekly updates with the progress of my order.
When the watch did arrive at Precision Time it was with a very different strap to the one I requested, that said when I received the watch it was beautiful.
Would I use Precision Time again, when you compare the savings to be made in comparison to the high street, YES

As you are aware the original watch you ordered had been discontinued and replaced by a brand new model for April 2017 so that is why there was a delay for your order.
We feel we have updated you as much as possible throughout the process and we did advise that your order coincide with the Baselworld watch fair which disrupted the order process.
