Have been pleasantly surprised with the level of service I have received.I have bought two men's Tissot watches from them in the last fortnight,one arrived next day and the other I received today after ordering last Friday.

Ordered a Tag watch with these guys whilst my other watch was in for a service, notable difference in the cost from the high street which made me feel a little skeptical. I ordered the watch and the communication through out was brilliant, with an expected arrival date which was met a day earlier. I picked up the watch in person, they adjusted the strap in house, and fed me caffeine whilst I waited. I would recommend Precision Time again and again, and I will be using them in the future for my other watch purchases.

Watch was delivered earlier than the timescales given. Great customer service, my queries were responded to promptly and I received a call when the watch was in and a date was arranged for delivery over the phone. Watch is exactly what I was looking for. Very happy

Ordering was very simple with a good response when I rang. To make such an expensive purchase online was a bit daunting but turned out just fine. I have read negative comments about warranty claims etc, I will just have to wait and see and hope the watch is a good one.

We would certainly recommend this company we found the whole process from ordering the watch to the delivery was hassle free we were kept informed during the whole process and the watch arrived sooner than date promised would certainly use precision time again.

Prompt and reliable service. The watch was hard to source, due to holidays by manufacturers in Switzerland. I needed the watch in time for a birthday and another supplier who I had used previously - they said there was no chance of sourcing. I then contacted Precision Time who explained exactly the same problem but they went 'the extra mile' and found the watch and got it delivered exactly on time. Highly recommended.

I was happy to recieve the Watch in its manufacturers box with the warranty card stammped and dated by the source supplier.
Whilst initially quoted a waiting period of between 2 - 4 weeks, I recieved the watch in 8 days.
I will not hesitate to make a future purchase from Precision Time if only for thier competitive UK pricing (extensive search online - best at the time) and excellent communication.
