Order parts of my Bosch PFS 5000 spray gun on the 24th of May. initially when i bought the shipping status had said it would be delivered within 48hrs. when i checked the following day the order status had changed to 'awaiting for stock'. why put something on your site which you do not stock.
It even gets better. 2 months down the line and it is still showing 'awaiting for stock'

£8.00 for 1 tiny screw when I needed 2 to fix part!
What a rip off.
My advice shop around as I got other screw locally for 40p.Most screws and bolts on website are available elsewhere for pennies. Called and complained. Not interested!!!!!!!

My Victa Pro 505 mower is now very old. Spare parts are in short supply. I needed a new decompressor (EN72541P) and PowerToolSpares had one in stock. It arrived promptly and has given my mower a new lease of life. Needless to say, I am delighted.

At 4:30 I noticed the base unit of my Mikita jigsaw was damaged and at first thought it unlikely I could easily buy a replacement part. I quickly found Powertool Spares and the part arrived next morning ( yes 19 hours later ) in the post.

I live in Japan, was unable to buy parts for a Black and decker power saw so ordered from Powertool Spares they have a great website with great diagrams.
I was able to order and receive what I wanted.

Ordered some dremel parts which took a little while as were out of stock but the communication was amazing and kept me updated as to what was happening with my order .
I received the parts within a day of updating they were in stock .

Pedido a España pieza de recambio con un coste de 6 euros, pague mas de 20 euros de gastos de envio y aun así en correos me hicieron pagar otros 7 euros de costes de impuestos, puesto que no habian pagado aduanas.

Incredibly prompt delivery. I ordered the product one day and it arrived the next! Just before Christmas too, when the post normally slows down.
