We’re very sorry that some of the products you received were past their best-before date by a few days. That should not have happened, and we completely understand your frustration.
The products had been stored correctly, but we still agree that you should not receive items past date unless clearly stated beforehand. That’s why we refunded the full order amount, including shipping.
We’ve also reviewed this internally to make sure stock checks are handled more carefully going forward.

Worthless for USA
Paid for postnord shipping, they used UPS anyway and I had to pay a $100 tariff fee doubling the price of the order.
Never responded to emails, never using again.

I have an issue with my order
Have to change my review again (2 -> 4 -> 2 again), because just as the last time I ordered 30 packages of which 10 were nearly expired, but this time I ordered 20 and ALL of them were 1-3 weeks before expiration and were completely disgusting because of how old they were, they refunded me 10 of them (at the time I didn't know the other 10 were old as well) in store credit. The problem is I'm returning to Poland from Portugal and in Poland it's illegal to order nicotine products online so stor credit is useless for me.
In conclusion 30/50 packages were close to expired and the issue is still not resolved, waiting for support to answer for a week now. Will update my review once the issue gets resolved.

Update: Still no reply to my emails to support despite the company's response below to my original review and still no delivery.
Have not received my delivery. Ups tracking just says will notify me when delivery date available. No reply to my email from Pouchland.

When UPS shows “will notify when delivery date is available,” it usually means the parcel is still in transit or waiting for the next scan, but we definitely want to look into your specific order and help you right away.

Very Fast Fulfillment
My order was packaged very quickly, like 8 am sweden time, was quickly on the way, only 1 can i ordered was out of stock but thats alright, overall a good experience with this company, I havent received it yet but everything on their end is done, they packaged it and got it out very fast, would shop with them again!
