I’m absolutely stunned that you keep lying. I have replied to all of your emails and even wrote several e-mails that you have not replied to. This can be easily proven via screenshots.
I am asking for a refund and have been for a long time now.
Your communication is terrible, your service is terrible.
According to the tracking number my package was delivered on April 28th. I do not want to receive that package anymore due to the extremely bad communication and dishonesty.
So all I am asking is that the package is sent back and that I get a full refund since it has been at the pickup location for a long time now.
If you want to be helpful, you’ll let me know when the package will be returned so I can receive a refund.

I placed an order on April 11th and still haven't received anything 16 days later. When I wrote an email I got an automated response saying my package would be arriving soon. Yesterday I then received an email saying my order had been delivered but it hadn't. I am demanding a full refund and cannot recommend this shop

Your order was delivered to the pickup location selected for the shipment. Since it was not collected in time, the parcel was returned to us by the carrier.
We have since reached out through 3 different channels asking for the correct reshipment address or pickup details, but we are still waiting for your confirmation so we can help resolve it.

Took a bit of time for the package to ship, bit when they shipped it, the package arrived in just 2 days to my front door.
I even got a ekstra can Velo for free, and they also read my order note and fulfilled my wish about the free “mystery can”

Devo dire che ero un pò preoccupato quando ho fatto l'ordine, vista qualche recensione che parlava di un pessimo servizio clienti e di pacchi mai consegnati. Però per quella che è stata la mia esperienza devo dire che non c'è stato nessun bisogno del servizio clienti, ho fatto l'ordine e mi è stato consegnato nei tempi previsti. La qualità dei prodotti è ottima e le date di scadenza in regola, non so se sia stata una coincidenza ma il "regalo misterioso" (un prodotto casuale regalato al momento dell'ordine) aveva un dosaggio che combaciava con il resto del mio ordine quando mi aspettavo inserissero qualcosa di estramamente forte giusto per sbarazzarsene.

Edit: Got a response and after some time they handled it at my package was delivered
No response when e-mailing the Company. My order was supposed to be delivered 14th of march, still hasnt seen anything. The ups tracking isn’t changing. Just a waste of money.
