Great chair, great experience
Once my order was complete via my workplace the communication was clear right up until delivery. The delivery arrived on time and the most helpful part was that the person who delivered it was able to set up and demonstrate how to use the chair. This made my transition to my new chair less hassle and extremely comfortable.

Great customer service
Great customer service - from the initial online consultation to the service when my chair arrived slightly damaged - no problem at all - replacement part sent out. Chair is comfy but still getting used to it. Hopefully my coccyx will be thankful soon!

Great service
Great, quick service. The order was placed and delivered very quickly, plenty of availability for delivery date and was very easy to change the date after booking it the first time. The chair itself is not the most comfortable but the delivery person was very friendly, assembled it and brought it into the house and explained how to adjust it and helped me adjust the settings to my home desk, my height etc. and left no packaging or mess for us to have to clean up. Great service!

My experience has been unfortunately
My experience has been unfortunately, very poor. I was sent a faulty desk about three weeks ago and with much chasing, I have now been sent a package and am now waiting for a technician. I would not recommend this company.

5 stars - great service!
3 things:
- the engineer (Ebrahim) who came to set up my standing desk accomodated my request of not coming before 10 am as i had meetings, instead he waiting outside for a bit
- he set up the desk super quick and was very polite and professional
- Lastly, i asked him for a favour of helping me move my monitor and its arm from my old desk to the new one and even though this was not his job, he helped me do it.
