Went to the store to find a transporter, not a heavy wheelchair. Salesperson talked my husband and me into a heavy wheelchair that only had small wheels on the bottom and I could not control it from a sitting position. Called and tried to exchange for another lighter one that I could control. His reply was there’s nothing I can do since I took the plastic off the wheels and it’s used. I could not return it on Saturday because the store closed. Called the store at 9:30 A.M. on Monday. Wheelchair was unused.

Myra on the customer service line was amazing. I had 2 parcels not delivered & a card to call left (which was frustrating) and called to find out why the parcels weren't left as per delivery notes. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I get my deliveries.

Ridiculous service, operators can't even track their own couriers,and they expect the customer to do the same.
Spoke to an operator named D***,she was helpful in the beginning, but as I continued to call,she became more rude and would even put the phone down before I could say goodbye. Would never use this courier service ever again,totally a waste of salaries going through that place.would give 0 stars,but unfortunately 1 is the lowest......

Instead of leaving the package outside the front door, they tossed the package over the back gate into my back yard. Twice! The first time the courier wrote a on the website “hidden in bushes”. I called and informed them where the front door is for the 2nd delivery, and it happened again the same day.
I will avoid this company if I can in the future, NZ Post is so much better.

This company is under the same group as Castle Parcels, if you want items to be collected or delivered avoid both these companies at all costs ! We tried giving them another shot after our bad experiences of the past, sadly the first dealings again showed how bad they are. We booked a courier 2 days in a row, and both times the courier never bothered to show. Again we're left explaining things to our customers. Avoid avoid avoid !!

Delivery was super fast. 1 star removed because the courier signed for it themselves instead of leaving a card - but I found my package safely tucked in the mailbox, so I'm still happy.

Despite leaving instructions of what to do if the gate was locked, driver decided it was easier to leave a card and organise a time to re-deliver. Why is there never enough time for courier companies to do their job right the first time, but always enough time to attempt it twice? I am sure they rely on people giving up and opting to collect in person from the depot.

Driver didn't even knock, just left the parcel at the door and signed the delivery tracking with a tick. This is not the first time, and neither is it the first time they have been caught in the act doing this. Not that they hang around long enough for me to get outside and bail them up about it.

Breach of terms and conditions and raises questions over company and personal integrity - Avoid.

When my package arrived, the package clearly states it has to be signed by the occupant of the house upon delivery. NOT signed by the delivery driver, then left on the front door step!

Well, they did deliver it quickly but left it at the letterbox without even trying to knock on the door. For some reason the package was opened as well. I think we were lucky to receive it at all.

They are the absolute worst couriers in the South Island. They don't read or respect delivery instructions, even when they are written in caps and highlighted with yellow. It's like the drivers can't read. Or care. I've had instances when they left the parcel on my doorsteps, without even knocking. Had no idea they came. Found when I took out the trash. Last time they came to deliver outside of business hours, despite clear written instructions. I avoid them as much as I can.

Shocking tracking system. Nowhere could I enter the bloody tracking number, and the drop-down box is so complex that made me puke. Never use the company again!

3 working days plus a weekend, 5 days have passed and my package from Avondale to Albany has not been received yet. When I called Posthaste, the operator looked like she was awake and had to spell the letters again for her multiple times.
