I have purchased a custom built pc previously and just ordered another. The equipment, service and personnel are great to work with. There is always someone there to speak with and to answer questions.

Before placing my order, I sent them an e-mail asking questions about Ram, and Portatech was kind of enough to send me a reply back, and not just a generic one, but a full blown answer to my question and went into great depth about ram, and the new processors coming out, and what equipment actually requires certain things. Anyway, it was super nice, and detailed, and really helped me make my decision that these were the people for me.

I've been trying to choose a new gaming desktop for MONTHS. It's taken me quite a bit of research to figure out what I wanted but I also wanted to save the time of looking at YouTube videos for reviews on each specific part I wanted. Portatech provides just about every single detail and spec when it comes to each individual piece that will be put into your PC. I also love how well-organized their site is. I just ordered my first gaming PC ever and I'm excited to get my hands on it when they ship it off to me. Would highly recommend (Portatech) to any beginner or advanced user who knows what their doing that wants a new gaming PC. Amazon didn't have the "in-between" for what I wanted nor did stores like Best Buy, so Portatech was definitely the best choice for me. I am excited for my new PC to come!!!

I love the ability to pick which components to use in the PC build. PortaTech prices are very competitive and using the site to order is easy. I bought a system from them in June 2017, which is still working like a champ, so I am a returning customer from experience.
