THE only place I trust with pre orders !! Also fabulous for in stock items and always excellent value especially when you add the great packaging, never had a pop arrived damaged and anytime ive needed to contact customer services ive received a reply quickly

I ordered 5 days ago after paying for next day delivery but havent received any tracking information. I have emailed multiple times to enquire the status but have yet to have a reply. It's making me nervous now as I spent quite alot. Can someone please contact me regarding my order.

My order was duplicated so I was sent 2 of the same item and charged twice.

I was offered a refund but I would have to send the item back at my own cost, tracked, and I wouldn't be refunded for the original postage cost. This would give me a refund of £1.45 of the £8.98 I spent.

Customer Service advised that it was not a system error but I definitely did not check out twice.

Two orders were generated one number apart for exactly the same item to the same address and addressee. Even if I had made this mistake myself (which I'm adamant I did not), this is a small company who should have processes in place to notice something like this. Why would someone order the same item twice and incur two lots of postage to the same address. It doesn't make sense.

I would understand Amazon not noticing something like this but I expected more attention to detail from a small independent company which is why I prefer to use them when I can.

Won't use this one again though.

It seems that £9 is more important to this company than quality control and customer service.

*Additional, to date no-one at Pop Figures has answered my last email querying what processes there are in place to flag duplicate orders but weirdly customer service have had the time to comment on this review.....

De bestelling werd heel snel en intact geleverd. Toen ik de service desk nodig had, hebben zij mij zeer snel en adequaat geholpen. Ik zou hier zeker nog een bestelling plaatsen. Fijn en eerlijk bedrijf!

Honestly, it’s ridiculous. Sabrina Carpenter Pops were £12.49 just a couple of weeks ago and now they’ve jumped to £24.99. Complete cash grab. Don’t support that just wait until March when they’re being restocked, along with the new Man-Child Funko.

You can still find them in certain Entertainment stores for the proper price (£12.49), so definitely check those first.

I was originally going to buy one for my niece, but after seeing this price hike? No chance. I’ll find her something else instead. :)

Great service delivered very quickly

First time ordering and really impressed. Just went for the standard delivery, figures were posted out next day and arrived very quickly. Very well packaged so the boxes were in perfect condition. Great selection of figures too, some of which I've never seen in the shops so fab if you're after a particular one. Would definitely order from again, thank you!
