Spediscono con Landmark con conseguenze disastrose nonostante abbia pagato 15 euro per la consegna espressa.

Da quando spediscono con Landmark l'esperienza di acquisto è diventata terrificante. Prima spedivano con DHL pagando 15 euro e il pacco arrivava sempre in pochi giorni. Da quando spediscono con Landmark ho avuto un ordine perso e uno arrivato in ritardo di 20 giorni. Oggi, nonostante gli incovenienti precedenti e i miei reclami, hanno spedito di nuovo con Landmark nonostante avessi chiesto e pagato la consegna espressa con consegna stimata, se tutto va bene, il 26 di Maggio. Quindi cosa pago 15 euro di consegna a fare??? Con spedizione a 9 euro ottengo gli stessi risultati. Oltretutto ribadisco, Landmark, mi ha già perso un ordine e l'altro è arrivato dopo oltre 20 giorni. Poi a onor di cronaca vero che mi hanno rimborsato l'ordine andato perso e le spese di spedizioni per il pacco arrivato in ritardo. Ma perchè persistere a spedire con Landmark Global quando con DHL non ci sono MAI stati problemi?!

Article manquant et service client nul

J'ai passé une commande avec 3 articles, j'en n'ai reçu que 2.
J'ai contacté le service client, qui m'a demandé d'apporter des infos complémentaires par email. J'ai transmis ce qui a été demandé (des photos du colis) et depuis decembre 2025, ma demande n'a toujours pas été traitée. J'ai relancé au moins 4 fois, je n'ai, à ce jour, aucune reponse.
Donc je ne recommande en aucun cas les achats sur ce site, que j'ai d'ailleurs signalé.
Outre cette expérience sur le service client, les informations communiquées suite à une commande sont très sommaires : pas de suivi de commande possible, les informations de livraison ne sont pas disponibles, les communications email sont erronées.
Je ne recommande à personne de faire confiance en ce site marchand.

Chat id-01418217 - Agent Rutuja

I placed an order and manually entered my address. After selecting the option to use Apple Pay, my phone auto-filled with a previous address. I contacted their support team for assistance and was connected to an agent by the name of RUTUJA. I requested assistance with changing my address and was informed by RUTUJA that is was "RARE" that they could change addresses. Rare but not impossible. After requesting a supervisor RUTUJA said I would be contacted by email "shortly". After asking to be given a more defined timeframe, RUTUJA kept giving vague answers such as, soon/shortly etc. When I requested to be transferred to a supervisor, RUTUJA disconnected my chat!!!!!!

Two items lost in transit - still waiting!

Ordered an item for a birthday present. I was told it was lost in transit. They offered to send another, this one also lost in transit! When emailing customer service they send generic responses and don’t answer your queries. I am still waiting on my order 3 weeks later. I have no product nor have I been refunded and also left without a birthday gift that my son wanted to get his Dad. Terrible service avoid at all costs!

If you’re that desperate for these. Just order from the elsewhere.

Poor company. Can’t ship items in an acceptable time frame. Customer service is none existent unless you email them and you’ll be lucky to get a reply. The shipping options are as useful as a deaf, blind and mute guard dog. Don’t know how they have the gall to charge people for shipping when you won’t get the items based on their tracking til a staggering week and a half-2 weeks after you’ve paid for the item.

I would not even give one star but you have to do for submitting a review.
Disgusting service - personalised pop requested - wrong item sent which when sent evidence to Funko they admitted by email it was their error and would send replacement - Nothing ever received (this was back in November)
Since then do not respond to emails and messages (but then send me feedback requests!)
Complaint submitted through resolver and again nothing received by them.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FUNKO
disgusting service and should not be running as a company

Warning to the collecting community

Warning to the collecting community: Funko Europe is currently failing to honor legitimate Fan Rewards wins for the Art the Clown #1977 (Santa Suit) LE 750.

​My allocated unit from February 24th has been held hostage for over 30 days due to a 'technical sync error'—yet curiously, while loyal customers are blocked, 'influencers' are unboxing this exact grail and US stock is flooding eBay at £1,000 - £1,200.

​The Red Flags:

​Internal Mismanagement: There are widespread reports of warehouse chaos in Coventry, with stock being 'lost' or diverted while systems fail. A 'point refund' is not a resolution for a piece of which only 750 exist globally. ​Proven Competence: Funko successfully delivered my 'Silent Hill' orders to the same address, proving this isn't a shipping error—it’s a selective fulfillment failure on a high-value asset. ​Legal Action: A formal investigation is now open with the Advertising Standards Authority (Ref: A26-1335140). I have issued a Letter Before Action for the full replacement market value of £1,200.

​I am not accepting a refund of points for a Grail that was confirmed and then 'erased' by a system you know is broken. I expect the manual invoice and dispatch of the unit I am legally entitled to. Avoid Funko Europe and stick to honest retailers like Cult Collectables who actually respect their customers.

Bought a customised funko pop over a…

Bought a customised funko pop over a month ago and was guaranteed delivery a few days later.. never arrived so I complained and was promised they would resend the order. Well they resent it and that also never arrived.. was told by funko pop that this means it got lost in transit.. terrible

Very poor. Have bought thousands

Have bought thousands of funko's over the years, spent many thousands of pounds, and just not going to bother with Funko anymore. Utterly utterly useless. Send you emails saying 'your in' for limited editions and then won't let you add to the cart. No loyalty for cuatomers like me whatsoever. So just gonna stop purchasing now

I only tend to order from them when…

I only tend to order from them when they have at least 4 funkos i want to reach free shipping,the two times i have ordered from them they have packaged my items well and they arrived within 3 days from despatch.My only complaint is only Two days after purchase they had a buy more discount more which would have saved £3 more pound compared to my 10% off voucher. But looking on the bright side pyramid head and james where sold out by then anyway.

Worst company around.

Worst company around.
My Starkiller got stolen by your staff in November, out of your warehouse.
Still nothing has been done.
Now I see Funko are sending LE 750s to influencers.

So I can’t get any help at all, after having my LE Funko stolen.
Yet influencers are getting boxes of rare Funko, including LE 750s.

Terrible company!

PJO and HOO funko pops

i mean there is nothing bad (expect the paint quality) just the characters they make, THEY NEED TO MAKE MORE PJO FUNKO POPS!!! I want seson 2 because it recently came out. I also need book character desings as well. Like the orignal Percy jackson and annabeth chase but with nico and the argo II character. Thank you

order not received/ no refund

In October 2025 ordered 4 figures, I never received the order, and I did not receive my money back.
Every month I wrote questions about the order, which never received a response, only an automatic message with a question number. In February, the last message to another email to funko, from where they wrote to me that they would return the money to the account from which the money came. It is March, and of course the money is nowhere. Do not order from this e-shop, sad that they even need such bad behavior towards customers.
