Would just like to update it’s now been 10 months since I pre ordered some funko pop figures, these figures have been available in other stores since December of last year and I am still waiting for one to be delivered.
I’m sure I’ll get the same reply as last time to contact customer services, I did they give the same generic response you’ve pre ordered it’ll be delivered when we get it, again it’s been available in other stores for 8 months now.
As Christmas shopping might start soon please do not pre order from this company, I wonder if my son will get last years Christmas present by Christmas this year?

Scam of a company - do not EVER buy from these people!

I pre-ordered four The Owl House Funkos in November 2024. I paid in full. The funkos were due to be released in March 2025.

By May 2025 I had still received *nothing*. There was no communication whatsoever and I had still not received the Funkos. Their support line is absolutely useless because regardless of what I ask them, their response is:

"There has been no update from Funko on the release of this line. Please be assured as soon as your complete order is in stock and ready for dispatch, you will be sent an email with tracking details to follow."

I ordered these Funkos 9 months ago. This line was released 5 months ago. This line was supplied to HMV, Get Ready Comics, Amazon UK, and a whole host of other sellers - all of whom sold out within days of the release. Which is why I *PREORDERED* them *FOUR MONTHS IN ADVANCE* and *PAID IN FULL.*

A disgusting, disingenuous, failure of a business, clearly operated by AI email responses and a muppet.

Edit to add: I don't want a refund. I want the Funko Pops that I pre-ordered and paid for. How you get them is a you-problem.

Extremely disappointing first (and last) experience.
I pre-ordered in March, and now it's August-the item has been released and is available from other retailers, yet Pop Figures still hasn't dispatched mine. What's the point of a pre-order if you don't receive it on release day?
It's unacceptable for a company to hold onto customers' money for months without fulfilling orders. It feels like they're collecting everyone's payments, earning interest, and delaying dispatch without explanation or accountability.
If you're a supplier that consistently gets stock after release dates, that should be clearly stated on your website-otherwise, it feels like misleading advertising.
I genuinely don't understand how this company has a 4.5-star rating on Trustpilot.
Based on my experience, I won't be using them again, and I think customers deserve compensation when companies fail to deliver as promised.

I was able to go onto Funko Europe.com and order the item straight away and it’s been dispatched, but the staff at pop figures are still not giving any solid dates and just quoting Q3, while Amazon, Funko and many others are selling them right now? So what the hells going on. Not happy

All perfect again.. first time I tried the fast shipping option (for non UK) and there was no difference.. waste of money.. this is Only a future tip for non UK collectors!

The package was recorded delivery and it was delivered quickly and package was still in good condition

Great item came well packaged what more could you want a protector would of been nice but great none the less
