Excellent website. Products easy to locate, arrive in short order.

Website is clear and easy to navigate. Order process is easy. Delivery information is clear and accurate. Product is as described and as anticipated, apart from 1 item, a finial that was faulty. E-mail to poles direct resulted in an automated response "we will be in touch shortly". However no contact has been received.

Much cheaper than major high street brands for the same quality.

Very pleased with the 35 mm poles and in black they make a statement with my new scarlet red velvet curtains. They came well wrapped and on time.

Good quality product, well made not flimsy and like the ones I have had previously from the usual home stores. Fittings good quality.The curtains glide along nicely. I will buy all my curtains poles from here now.

Disappointingly the poles,rings,supports were badly finished and poor quality. One of the end caps was split (replacement) requested, two of the eyelets screwed into the rings fell out.
I admit that I judged the standard of finish by the poles I was replacing, which I had purchased from John Lewis many years ago. Unfortunately JL did not have the color I wanted.

We ordered two Allure Classic poles which were cut to size. Website was easy to navigate. Pricing was very competitive. Delivery was on time and all items were packed well.

Curtain poles arrived quickly and well packaged, they were exactly as expected.
Poles Direct will be used by me again when I next require their poles etc.

Very wide range of pole widths. Was able to find the exact sizes I wanted rather than having to buy poles which required cutting down or extendable poles. Great value for money. Good quality. Fast delivery.

This was my 5th time ordering from Poles Direct and will be my last. In Nov 25 I ordered 2x240 length poles with a joiner and central bracket making a total length of 480. However, I then ordered another 240 length pole which arrived as 2x120 poles with a joiner. My confirmation email or invoice did not state that I was getting 2x120 poles with a joiner if it had I would have cancelled my order. Customer services insisted that the longest pole they do is 220 and anything longer has a joiner they were unable or unwilling to look up my previous order. As well as paying £4.95 for delivery I was charged £14.95 to return the pole I had not ordered. This cost me £19.90 for nothing not to mention my time wasted.

Placing orders is very easy, and assistance readily available to make a purchase more tailored.
Fitting guidance is provided to ensure no unseen difficulties with installation of product.
Only criticism would be if product needs to be returned, this can frustrating and time consuming to achieve.
