Every few months I email Paul Hart to order some new headsets for our phones and he always gets back to me straight away and is very polite. He is very thorough to make sure the order is correct before putting it through. He is very good to us at Rosebank Health! :) Thank you!

Placed order, no estimated delivery date. When asking for an update a week later they referred me to their website. Poor.

Fast shipping and delivery after order. Only negative is the expensive shipping to NI. Need to do something about that as it puts me off placing further orders

Great service, product took a bit longer to arrive due to low stock, but whenever I asked for an update I got a reply within the hour. When the phone arrived I was very happy with it.

Very good company to deal with clear instructions on return. Only problem my refund did not happen due to a breakdown on automatic refund set up. I informed them about this and they were most apologetic and dealt with problem straight away.
