Horrible experience. I returned an item a month ago with a proof from UPS and they still haven’t refund me the money. Everyday I email them they answer with a copy paste email repeating the same lies. Do not ever buy from these people. They are fraudsters and scammers

There packing of their products is very good I have to admit. But, their return process is scam it takes 30 days for them to return your money even though they have the product in hand and the product is in the same condition they send it to the customer.

So viel Geld für sowenig Qualität und wenn man mal was zurück geben möchte was man in Store gekauft hat. Gib’s nicht.

Sehr schlecht verarbeitet hab mir eine Weste für 1190 geholt und die hat nicht mal ein halbes Jahr gehalten also kauft euch bloß keine Sachen von der Marke

Seit 4 Jahren spammen die mich mit Werbung wegen einer Bestellung.
Im Fachjargon nennt man das eine HS-Firma.

Heb ze 5 keer gedragen, kleur gaat al af en de onderkant van de schoen komt al los op sommige plaatsen..
Kan toch niet de bedoeling zijn dat ik schoenen van deze prijsklasse al moet plakken met secondelijm?

I ordered a belt from the official Philipp Plein website in February 2025, fully paid and shipped internationally. To this day, the parcel is still blocked at Portuguese customs, because the exporting company linked to Philipp Plein (Cream della Cream Switzerland GmbH) has outstanding VAT debt in Portugal.

As a result, the item was seized by the Tax Authority as part of a fiscal enforcement process — something I, as a private customer, have nothing to do with.

I have submitted all required documents and contacted both FedEx and Philipp Plein multiple times, but received no useful response or solution.

It is unacceptable that a high-profile brand like Philipp Plein would allow such a situation to happen, leaving customers stuck in legal and logistical limbo due to the brand’s own tax issues.

I'm currently considering filing a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre and pursuing legal action if this is not resolved.

I strongly advise against ordering directly from the Philipp Plein website, especially for international customers. The brand does not take responsibility and provides no meaningful customer support.

I have been receiving spam email from Plein and Billionaire for several years, despite the many times that I have clicked to unsubscribe from their email lists. This experience has completely cheapened this brand that might have been iconic at one point many years ago. It would be nice to know how to effectively file a GDPR action against this company.

Esperienza pessima, acquistato giubbotto, cerniera non scorre e si incastra nella fodera, le lettere del marchio sulla linguetta della cerniera si sono staccate. Molti dubbi sulll’autenticità dell’articolo; fra l’altro nessun ologramma ma solo striminzita etichetta Made in turkey. Fatto richiesta di restituzione o sostituzione che è stata negata perché sostengono che sono difetti causati da uso improprio (mai indossato solo provato). Non comprate !

I ordered a pair of “Trainer Sneakers Predator” from the official Philipp Plein outlet website (OutletPlein.com). The shoes arrived in early June and looked fine at first, but once I wore them, I noticed a clear defect: the right shoe had a stiff, unlined heel causing pain when walking, while the left shoe was properly padded.

I contacted customer service immediately, well within the 14-day legal return period. However, they refused to accept the return, claiming there was “no visible defect.” Despite sending photos and written clarification, they ignored the substance of the issue and responded only with dismissive or automated messages.

This is unacceptable for a brand that claims to offer luxury products. The shoes are not only defective but far from the quality promised. Customer service is unhelpful, and their return process seems designed to discourage valid complaints.

I do not recommend purchasing from this brand or its outlet. I am now escalating the matter to consumer authorities.

Falsche Sneakers geliefert. Die ausgewählten Sneakers waren nach 1 mal tragen kaputt. Ware aus Polen. Whatsapp von einem Verkäufer aus Rumänien. Auf meine schriftliche Reklamation , keine Antwort bekommen. Sehr suspekt. Muss vom kauf leider abraten.

I bought sneakers in the chain stores twice. Both times there were problems with the sole materials. The last purchase was in a store in Malaga. The sole simply burst during the warranty period, but the only thing they did was to say that it was my fault. Never again!

Ich bekommen seit dem Kauf von sündhaft teuren Schuhen
täglich werbe E-Mails, Werbe SMS und seit heute Werbe Whats-App Nachrichten.
Unsubscrible funktioniert nicht.
Kommt einmal von Plein Sport, dann unter dem Namen Phillip Plein, dann Plein Outlet und dann wiederum nur von Plein.
Eigentlich dachte ich dass es sich bei Secret Outlet um einen seriösen Anbieter handelt. Danke nie wieder!

I purchased two pairs of Philipp Plein sneakers — one online via Klarna and one in-store (cash). Both were the same model but different sizes. Shockingly, size 40 was identical in length to size 39.

I sent photo and video proof, contacted customer service multiple times, and even mailed a legal notice. They ignored every message. No exchange. No refund.

The shoes are unused and in original packaging, yet they refused to help. Completely unacceptable for a premium brand.

I’ve reported this to BBB and FTC. Save your money — avoid Philipp Plein.

got the shoe that clearly lacked the finish the silver quoting on the sole was chipped at multiple places when the item was unboxed and brand new with tags. I contacted the customer service and they SUGGESTED that even exchange shoes have this issue so I should return the item. After returning the item there was no refund issued automatically. I had to keep track of the refund and when followed up they only refunded a portion saying that they cannot refund the shipping which was free when I ordered the item in the beginning - and even if there was a charge for shipping they should not charge to customer if the item was returned based on their suggestion and lack of quality in their product - the customer support representative himself suggested that I should share my feedback online and that as per company policy they cannot refund me what I was charged - again, the item was returned due to poor quality and color/paint shipping off at various places
