Son unos timadores. Hicieron una colab con Gamivo en diciembre de 2021, si conseguias ciertas cosas en un juego te daban 30 euros en la pagina de Gamivo. Lo conseguimos y ambas empresas ahora se lavan las manos diciendo que no nos dan el descuento porque no se cumpliran los requisitos. Tenemos capturas de pantalla y videos viendo que si se cumplen.

PLARIUM, un jeu pour les "gros" voire Très gros... Gratuit Lol!!! vous êtes vite à 99 euros pour avancer, sinon vous quittez rapidement. Ca ne vaut pas même une PS3 avec qui on pouvait avoir des échanges en direct. Plarium = Que dalle!!! par message. C'est un"jeu" sans son, mais qui aime bien votre CB pour Pinup!! Cela fais plus de 10 ans, je ne pars pas car j'ai tout construit et je suis aussi devenu haddic..Il faudra que tantôt je jète l éponge avec motivation. Dur dur m'est pas impossible

open 2 sacred shards and 30 euros code promo with gamivo, but i dont recieve this code
I spent 10 days on a monotonous game and achieved it, but I didn't get any code
I contacted plarium but didn't send the code because it was gamivo's responsibility
gamivo did not send the code as plarium's responsibility
Everyone be careful not to waste time
but If you send the code as promised, it will be 5 stars :)

They carried out a task to obtain 2 sacred fragments in a certain time and in exchange for it we would have a code of 30 euros, I did the task and they never gave me the code... several emails sent and they only told me that I had not been selected as a winner when never They specified that it was a raffle, they are scammers.

They did an easy 5€ giveaway in partnership with Gamivo first in which most received the prize. That baited a lot of people to enter the following 30€ giveaway, nearly 100x more difficult than the other one (more than a week of playing Raid Shadow Legends) for nothing. If you check the reddit post at r/FreeGameFindings you'll see that most of us never received our prize. At least, as someone said, we learned to stay really far away from Plarium and Gamivo.

EDIT: Gamivo sent me an email with the code. I changed the rating from 1 star to 3 stars, because it was Gamivo who solved my issue, not Plarium.

ce site est un site qui fait que deconnecter, de plus impossible de contacter des responsables si problemes un site a eliminer malgre bonne structure les jeux tres peu de personnes vu les problemes beaucup de secteurs vides; pas de suivis des responsables

Never received my coupon and supports said they can't help me, because not they are running that promo but when asked at Gamivo, they said, Plarium doing promo itself. Both company is stinks, never trust them ever.

There is not customer support. They will not responded.

Plarium Games (publisher of RAID: Shadow Legends) and Gamivo.com made the promo of open 2 sacred shards to get a discount of 30 euros. I got the achievement in a timely manner but the mail never come.I wasted a lot of time to get this achievement and got no reward.

I was playing Raid shadow of legends for 2 years, now they made the game not possible to play without spending money on the game.

I have been playing Sparta, a Plarium game for six years, but it is dying, they have no new people joining, they refuse to merge the multiple servers into one, they claim it is impossible, it is heavily weighted towards people who pay money to play even though it is marketed as Free to Play. They refuse to even consider publicising the games on Microsoft store to get new players. They do not listen to their members, or if they are listening they want to turn their hearing aids on..

Bei Raid besonders bei den Fusionen wird einem nur die hälfte gesagt bsp. wenn man die Hauptfusion hat das man die anderen nicht machen kann. Kulanz, entgegenkommen oder ähnliches ist ein Fremdwort für den Supporter. Bezahlbare Inhalte ist 99% überteuert und abzocke. Ausserdem möchte ich noch erwähnen das Raid shadow Legends alles auf das Glück bezieht. Sowas gehört eigentlich verboten weil es unter anbieten der Glücksspiele oder so fällt.

I have been playing this game for a year now. I am pissed because out of the blue the game erased my special ops person. I wrote customer support 3 times and no response. Do not spend any money on this rip off.

Plarium ist das Allerletzte,
habgierig, unfähig und irgendwie schon fast kriminell, nutzen sie ihre Kunden/Spieler aus um ihnen das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit was die einem bieten. Ich spiele nun schon eine ganze Weile Raid of Shadow Legends, aber es wird immer schlimmer und diese Herrschaften von Plarium und Co immer habgieriger. Wobei das was sie einem bieten ungenügend und schon fast eine Beleidigung für einen intelligenten Menschen ist.

Played their game Stormfall on mobile for 6 years, and suddenly now i cannot login anymore. Customer service does not helped with this issue. So after i spent a lot on the game, cannot play anymore. Never invest a cent to play any of their games, they don't care about you!

A company with terrible customer support, disrespect to all their customers, game algorithms in the grey zone. Their owner company Aristocrat Leisure from Australia already had to settle a $155 million lawsuit in the USA (simply google it) for illegal online gambling algorithms and once you start to play Plarium games you will realize that the same type of algorithms is used to spend more money and get less in return. Parents, be aware of the way they run their business and keep your kids away from a credit card when playing their games.
