Have used this company twice with total satisfaction
We have now used Plantation Shutters on 2 separate occasions. They installed cafe shutters for us as part of a kitchen renovation in 2021 and in 2022 installed full length shutters in our bedroom. We are extremely satisfied with their assistance from the design stage through to the materials and installation.

They were able to fit the shutters a couple of weeks before the estimated time and were very efficient and friendly and did a perfect job. Everything was as expected from samples shown, measurements taken and quotation supplied at the original meeting.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Plantation shutters are a fantastic company to deal with. All of the team are polite and professional. They were very quick to measure and quote once we had expressed our interest, and were very honest about the lead time keeping us updated all the way through,
The product itself is fantastic. The professional way in which is has been fitted, and the finishing touches make all the difference.

Fantastic company
I had a terrible experience with some cowboy builders from hell who were supposed to install shutters at my property. They ordered them from Plantation Shutters Ltd but to arrive months after they were supposed to have finished. Once the shutters arrived it turned out that the cowboys had ordered the wrong frame and measured incorrectly. I dealt with Plantation Shutters Ltd directly, and they bent over backwards to try and help me sort out the mess. After corresponding with them and sending photos, we re-ordered the frame, and their head fitter, Phil, spent hours getting it and the shutters to fit. I think the end result looks great and visitors have been complimentary. Everybody at the company was very helpful, particularly India and Phil.

Plantation Shutters Ltd
Plantation shutters visited my flat 20 January 2022 to measure, discuss slat size and material, and give me a free estimate which I was happy with. I placed an order and was told installation would be in about twelve weeks as the shutters have to be made to measure abroad and shipped to the UK. Installation took place on 5 April 2022. I am delighted with my new shutters which look so much better than curtains. I am grateful for the expertise of the estimator, the two installers and the Plantation Shutters Ltd office staff who were all professional and courteous. Thank you Plantation Shutters Ltd

Excellent experience with Plantation Shutters. Sales team very helpful, all the different options explained. Experienced surveyor advised on the most suitable shutters to suit the size of our windows. Delivery time was shorter than expected and the fitters did a very professional job. Opting for a Café style shutter with a hidden break as you have is a brilliant way to increase the versatility of louvre control. If you want to adjust the light levels or privacy in the room, then different louvre sections can be maneuvered accordingly (as opposed to all moving in one combined block) , so there is more variation on offer. Custom bay posts are an extra shutter feature that require some additional expertise to install but make the difference between an average shutter and the highest quality shutter. Really pleased. We had 6 shutters installed, including one which was a triple bay window.
The quality is excellent and the fitting was easy and to a high standard. The installer respected our property too. We have used them before and recommended them to others. Everyone has had the same experience.

just have two bay windows and one small window fitted with shutters.The company is brilliant from start to finish.excellent customer service.The surveyor (Joe) was very knowledgeable and informative about the product.Email reponse was excellent and quick from both the manageress(Emma) and Mitchelle the assistant.The fitter (Phil) and his assistant were both very polite and the fitting was excellent.
I would definitely use them again and would highly recomend this company.their price was also reasonable and good.
