Ordered camping chairs and table whilst at caravan and motor home exhibition in Birmingham. Items were delivered OK, however table was damaged and for some reason they sent an extra chair. Contacted supplier and to their credit they quickly arranged to send a replacement and a pick up damaged table and extra chair.

BEWARE ; Unauthorised attempt made on my credit card account when in fact I should have been refunded

Sent proof in the form of screen shots from my account yet they still deny any attempt was made on their side

A very rude woman in their accounts department then tried to say that I made a second unknowing transaction on my part as a way of excusing their failures

A total shambles of a company, a lot of attitude shown to customers by its staff,brief one sentence emails stating they had refunded my account when this was incorrect

When I tried to explain politely that they were incorrect and that instead there had been an attempt by their company to withdraw funds they answered that they did not have the ability to do so. Again this is incorrect, they have a Shopify Account and anyone can research online of the issues encountered by customers that used Shopify and had refunds held, refused or even worse withdrawals made against their cards

I suggest this so called professional company stops relying upon Shopify Business Accounts and opens a more standard way of payment

Worse if things could get worse the emails the staff sent myself were so riddled with grammar errors that you had to decipher them, again shows how sub standard this company really is

Be very careful and check your account after any purchase just in case they try further attempts to withdraw funds

Anyway they have 7-10 working days to refund my initial order that I cancelled

Failure to do so will see them in the Small Claims court and I will request costs

They can explain to the court how they can deny an unauthorised attempt to withdraw funds from my account was made by their company

My advice is to stay well clear of this company

I was perfectly happy with the refund process until I was alerted by my credit card provider of the attempted unauthorised withdrawal, that’s what set alarm bells off

We all work very hard for the money we have and it’s not very amusing to find out that companies like this believe they can act in such a disrespectful way

As for what reviews I leave other companies, I don’t see what that has to do with this company, it’s just another attempt on their part to deflect attention to their illegal attempt to withdraw funds from my account

Visited motorhome exhibition in Glasgow in February. Was good to see the vango drive away awning on display and got answers to questions on how it would fit my motorhome. Got a good deal with extras of groundsheet protector and carpet. Arrived from company on South of England to Inverness free of charge, and was tracked for the journey with no delays. I've not unravelled the awning yet due to the poor weather up north....but I'm confident everything will be in order.
