Very disappointed the item I ordered was supposed to arrive end of March then got told another 3 weeks I phoned customer care who said it had came in and should be with us by the end of April
I phoned on Tuesday 6th may to cancel my order and left a message but noone got back
Amazing I have an Email from you today to say it is being delivered .

We had to exchange the awning we purchased as we ordered a low instead of a mid, PJ arranged the uplift and we paid the difference and the replacement turned up by DPD, great service and knowledgeable people to help you

Delay in delivery for 10 weeks. I understand this was because of supply chain issues but feel the vendor has a responsibility to keep customer informed without prompting for information

tent was bought at the caravan show , the delivery time was accurate . Item was easy to put up and there were no problems

An order placed had a lead time of the end of March, this was fine. I then chased when it got to April and was told it was in the warehouse waiting to be dispatched. Another week later i queried this and was told the manufacturer had delays in production... clearly it was not in their warehouse.
Order placed elsewhere and was delivered next day.. bad customer communication here!

Ordered at the Camping and Caravanning Show to be delivered later. Delivered well within time frame given. Item is easy to out up and seems sturdy although we haven't had a chance to use it while camping yet.

Brought a toilet shower tent from NEC and delivery was earlier than expected. Emails and contact throughout.

Great quality and very friendly staff..No issue with the company at all, however the delivery company was a different story. The delivery was left on the front of our property, which is straight onto the road, there's no wall, no fencing just pavement.
We weren't home at the time but luckily a neighbour drove past and took the goods in for us.
Once again I have to stress the products are top notch. Highly recommend PJ Outdoors.

Second tent I've bought from yourselves at the outdoor show glasgow, was made to feel like I was a Inconvenience as I asked to pay my tent using my Klarna account. Staff looked at me like I was a begger on the street. Paying £1000 for anything be a tent or a car you expect a basic courtesy of service. This was not experienced by myself.
