Great price for my Zempire tent!

Really good company to do business with from initial phone call through to delivery. Wouldn't hesitate to buy a large purchase item from them again.

We bought the chairs at the Caravan show in October. Out standing service at the show. Promised delivery in January. True to the word

I’ve been a regular visitor to the store for both personal use, and as a scout leader, service has always been great with helpful staff and good product choice.

All supplied in the agreed timescales from the Motorhome show at the NEC.

I ordered the awning and all relevant fittings at the Caravan & Camping Show in October with an anticipated delivery of mid November. Was thrilled when it arrived early......and equally disappointed to find it was just the awning, no fittings. Waited another couple of weeks and rang them to be told there was a delay and it would be with me the following week. Nope. Rang again to be told they were waiting for the carpet and wanted to send everything together. Eventually it all arrived but the weather has been so awful (Storm Darragh) I haven't been able to check it out. As I'm new to all this I'm somewhat disappointed that it took so long. However, customer services were polite and helpful but even so a two month wait was a bit much.

Experience and knowledge was very good product arrived how ever one of the air tubes won’t except the twist and turn attachment to blow it up so had to use straight one
