Ordered 4 items-2 acceptable 2 awful
I ordered 4 items. 2 of which were fine, but the quality of the other 2 items was very poor. One top I ordered, a split neck tunic style with 3/4 sleeve has awful material (itchy, felt like a cheap kids baseball uniform) and the other material was tissue paper thin. These items were embroidered with the company logo, so the representative was unable to return or even exchange for something else. Disappointing and will not order again due to the lack of flexibility and poor quality.

I made several orders and none of them have arrived it's been a month and after speaking on the phone with Jordan I still have to wait is there some accommodation you can offer and the hats I wanted are not available either. it will be winter when the jackets come and or hats
