After looking further into your order, we discovered that two of the items you ordered were already in our warehouse and ready to ship while the other item required customization and production. We apologize if it was unclear that items may arrive at different times because of the need to produce one of your items.
Communicative during stock and print issues...
While vendor relationships can be hard during this time, Pinnacle has done everything they can to make the process a little easier. I chose items that continued to be out of stock or back ordered, but I was always updated quickly when there was a change. When I did finalize my item, there was a mishap a the the printer, causing my order to be re-made. Throughout the process, Pinnacle was flexible and understanding of meeting my needs.
