The design of the top section doesn't allow water to fully fitler through after a few days of the filter being changed. after a week or so, it leaves up to an inch of water not being able to feed through by gravity, so you have to empty the jug and shake the cartridge. Never had this issue on the glass jug.

I really like how it fits in the fridge door. This is the 2nd jug I have bought from Phox and we have had our jugs in 2 different styles of fridge - both have fitted really neatly.

I am pleased with my new filter except it constantly blocks through the filter and needs flushing through after every use

It's very difficult to refill as the blue lid flips back and forth. Needs redesigning

I saw your note about the blue lid flipping back and forth while refilling. To help keep it open smoothly while pouring, make sure it's pushed back fully until it clicks lightly into place, or gently hold the lid back while filling under the tap.

Great size! Easier to lift when full 👍 Filter products excellent as always- been using for years. Drinking way more water in this heatwave season!!! Keep filter out of fridge but decant filtered water into de labelled glass bottles for the fridge 👍 Thanks 🙏
