Avec la rampe coulissante en alu, mon chien a pu reprendre ses balades en forêt.
Matériel de très bonne qualité et léger.
J'en suis parfaitement satisfait.

We've had two of their Remote Training systems and they have been great with long life spans. Petsafe UK have excellent customer service out of Ireland. Helpful and knowledgeable on their products, with no hard sales, our contact, S********, is practical and informative. We've received lots of advice on how to use the product and getting the best from our four-legged friends.
I can definitely recommend them on their own training system. I have no experience with their other products but reading other reviews I wonder if they are produced elsewhere and then sold by Petsafe? Other negative reviews don't equate with our experience at all thankfully and in short we are very happy with our Petsafe UK experience.

We bought a new bark collar from Petsafe supplier in Australia and the poorly made charger plug failed. VetCross gave us another but it too was missing part of the plastic off the charger end. Why does it cost near $50 to replace a simple USB cable? I emailed Petsafe with full details of my product failure almost two months ago and there has been NO RESPONSE. Why is the cable so flimsy? Will not buy from Petsafe again due to poor customer support.

Premier service client, marque haut de gamme pour animaux tout de même, que je connais qui n'a aucune considération pour leurs clients.

Pour commencer, un voyant rouge défaut moteur qui s'allume juste après la garantie.
Les distributions ne se font plus quand le réservoir atteint 1/3 de sa capacité de stockage.

Alors je le remplis moins... et là même si les doses retombent... je vois mon chat maigrir avec des visites vétérinaires mais ne percute pas tout de suite... je teste le grammage demandé et distribué, et je constate qu'il est au 1/4 de ce qu'il doit donné sur la dose demandée !

Le S.A.V. n'accepte pas d'éviter la surconsommation en le réceptionnant, même à mes frais, pour voir si possible de réparer.

Me propose 20% sur leur site sur un nouveau produit mais toujours plus élevé que sur les autres sites.

Et cela ne répare pas le fait que cela a atteint la santé d'un de mes chats.

I purchased a PetSafe, Deluxe Magnetic Cat Flap, Selective Entry, 4 Way Locking - Staywell (White)

This product had many sharp edges, and the door was very heavy because of the magnet. It severely damaged my cats tail when it came crashing down. I have spent over $1,000 in vets bills, and my cats tail is still not recovered. Please take a look at this product before any more cats are injured!!

Wr needed to replace out petsage dog flap cover so ordered a new one from the website.

What arrived was similar but not wheat we had before, or what was advertised on their website.

I contacted customer service to see if they had sent the wrong item.

They replied reasonably quickly to tell me it was the correct item and it was a new design.

The reality is that they are selling worse quality items now. The material is flimsy, there is a whole in the flap that let's wind though and its much worse than the flap cover we had before. It's not fit for purpose at all. Not only this but they are still showing the older better design in the photos on their website.

So I replied asked how to resolve this, not heard back since.

I'm going to claim though my bank as they have missold the item

Use another company would be my recommendation.

I have three Pomeranians, the first one had a red collar and worked very well. Two years later I had two more and brought two of the black collars and they only Vibrated, more expensive and was not enough to stop them barking over the two/three months we had them. I contacted PetSafe and they were very helpful and understanding about the situation as I needed the red collars. Was out of the warranty but they were happy to send me the red collars on return of my black ones. They’re all working amazingly!!! Thank you to PetSafe!! Definitely recommend and highly recommend management. Fab customer service 😊

Lost the remote for the spray collar and pet safe replaced it free of charge. Very grateful to them.

I’m sick and tired of paying $30 for a tiny 115ml Ssscat refill that doesn’t last and I’m not doing it anymore.

The latest one lasted less than 24 hours. The one before that lasted two days and the one before that lasted a week.

I guess quality isn’t necessary when you have the monopoly, is it, Petsafe?

Excellent customer service from Sylvester

One of my dogs lost its collar - having hunted high and low for it for a fortnight, I ordered a replacement and then inevitably found the missing collar immediately. These collars are expensive (but more than worth it) so I called the customer helpline and immediately got through to the extremely helpful Sylvester who cancelled my order and refunded my card immediately without quibble. Very impressed.

Product adequate. Customer service terrible. They make a mistake (actually more than one mistake) resulting in me ordering the incorrect item. They apologize for the mistake, but expect me to pay to send the item back to them for refunding. Seem to think it's ok to leave customers out of pocket when it's PetSafe that made the mistakes.

[Update: After escalating, PetSafe have now said they will do what would be expected - the correct refund and no need to return the incorrect part, for which delivery would have cost more than the part]

I have a doggie door with a broken part. When I called PetSafe a live customer service person answered the phone, was very knowledgeable readily agreed to help with my issue. The next day I received a notice that my replacement was on its way to me.

What an unexpected surprise and enjoyable experience. Thank you!!

The microchip cat flap stopped working and I contacted customer services who were helpful with things to try to fix it. These didn’t work and they sent me a new one without me asking. Second one has worked fine. Very good customer service.

Petsafe SSScat spray with sensor on it. Had this product a few years but barely used it however when i came back to using it the springs had all come off in the battery compartment which means the batteries no longer fit.

I asked the company if it could be repaired but they said they wouldnt and would give me 20% off. I paid only £29 for it new and its now £91. They offered my just 20% off if i bought a new one making it a mere £73.

It would probably cost a few pennies for them to fix it plus postage and based on the massive margins I would have expected better customer service even for a product out of warranty as it shows the quality of the product is not that great for a product costing >£90.

Katzenklappe für 499,- Euro gekauft und das Produkt funktioniert nicht wie beworben. Der Microchip wurde nicht erkannt. Hotline sagt, das kann nicht sein. Also Klappe nochmals gekauft, weil aufgrund der Aussage der Verdacht nahe lag, es handelt sich um ein Montagsgerät, welches defekt ist.
Wieder wurde der Microchip nicht erkannt. Jetzt wurde es wild, die Hotline sagte, es läge an der Lage des Microchips unseres Tieres. Was ein Blödsinn, mit einem Konkurrenzprodukt geht das Tier täglich per Microchip ins Haus. Also bin ich zum Tierarzt und habe die Tierklappe M mit einem nagelneuen, noch original verpackten Microchip getestet. Wieder wurde dieser nicht erkannt.
Kann ja passieren, aber das ich dann für diesen falsch beworbenen Schrott auch noch die Rücksendekosten für den Einbauring und das Netzteil bis nach Irland tragen muss ist wohl unterste Schublade!
Die eigentliche Katzenklappe habe ich von einem wesentlich kulanteren Großanbieter gekauft.
Petsafe, wir werden wohl nie wieder Geschäfte miteinander machen.

My electric cat box motor died on me. All lights ect worked. I scooped myself for 2 weeks. This suxked so I called Petsafe and talked to Jordan and she looked me up and found I was out of warranty not long ago. Explaining changed trays monthly ect. Had a auto feeder and water also. I was wanting since out of warranty maybe a discount but she surprised me and said we are going to take care of a loyal customer and sent me a new one!! I have been in retail management for 25 plus years before moving onto medical. She was so nice ans cordial and helpful I give you all 5 stars and the cat ( a rescue found in a water drain pipe ) is happy again. Lol.... Kudos to Jordan and Petsafe!!!

Pet Safe Bark Collar - Purchased in September 2022 - £65 - Failed January 2022 - Contacted Pet Safe (based in Eire) - They promised to replace - Several e mails & several phone calls later the new bark collar arrived at an address in UK because they could not mail it to us in the Isle of Man 🇮🇲 in early May !!! - And now this bark collar has failed - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
