Everything was explained thoroughly, and was easy to understand making it so I didn't have any questions about how the policy works.

Our agent, Jesus' explanations were complete. He was courteous and answered all my questions. He was personable and did not push the insurance. We already have e mail information from Nationwide.The process was efficient and we await approval for our kitten Merlin' policy.

I was just treated like a phone call, nothing above and beyond. Several times the individual did not catch onto details of the call.

It took 6 weeks for coverage to be effective, which was certainly longer than expected. Unfortunately, our puppy required significant care in the time leading up to our effective date and beyond. Now everything associated with this medical issue is deemed pre-existing and we have no coverage. Will be canceling coverage right away.

Ease of application

I was a bit confused because it said it was under review but happy if its finalized.

He answered all my questions and I was 100% confident in my decision.i have many pets and no matter how much time goes by between pets, this company maintains their good reputation. Dan helped keep that rep up once again!

Thanks Erik for taking my call and answering all my questions as a first time buyer of pet insurance. Only one question wasn’t fully understood about how to submit my vet bill to Nationwide. I guess I’ll edit until I get my first vet bill and find out on the website.

The person who helped me purchase the insurance was very helpful and courteous. The best part was that she spoke comprehensible English. I'm so thankful for that.

You charged twice for the insurance for two months but advertised approximately a 75 dollar fee for the first payment. THEN stated that the insurance had to go through underwriting first before it could be available which could take up to 3 days. Stop false advertising let the people know what is going on right from the start

I have been a customer of Nationwide for over 10 years. I recently lost my beloved German Shepherd, who would have been 12. I could honestly say in the amount of time that I was with Nationwide, the customer service was always amazing. I always felt good knowing that my dog was taken care of with needed treatment in case of any illnesses or injuries. In adopting a new dog into my life, of course Nationwide was my first contact to inquire about insurance for him .
I love being able to make claims with the app, get my reimbursements directly deposited to my account, and also be able to go to Wal Mart Pharmacy for medication‘s with the pharmacy directly billing the insurance.

I wanted something nice

So right from the beginning I didn't read anywhere, that I had to for pay 2 months upfront so to my surprise guess what it went from $92.00 to $177.00 like the second I pressed complete. Was not expecting that at all. Thank you!
