Excellent, they have a super good treatment with customers, I told them that I spoke Spanish and they spoke to me in Spanish and explained everything to me super well, I researched online to make insurance for my two guinea pigs and I found out that Nationwide were one of the best 😍

I had Nationwide Instead for my dog who passed away. I was very satisfied with the service, so got it for my new dog. Very professional and knowledgeable.

I called to ask questions and get information on different plans and prices. This is for my husband's service animal and I called since he was at work and couldn't call. It felt like I was pushed to get the insurance to get any information besides a quote. I wasn't told about different options/levels for insurance and pricing for the different options.

I found Shelly to be very helpful. I wanted to check different plans and she was great with that. She explained everything very clearly.

You’ve changed your policies so much, I had to ask the customer service person if I was calling Nationwide to add another pet. The customer service person was understanding my frustration and was very patient which I appreciated.

The representative I spoke with was so kind, helpful, and informative. Having just lost a pet while trying to add a new fur member to the plan, it was a bit much to navigate. She ensured everything was updated as needed while conveying care. On this interaction alone, I have recommended Nationwide Pet Insurance. Amazing customer service!

It Is kind of funny, but Your Agent Rosie helped me get a policy for my rescue dog Rosalia which we call Rosie. Agent Rosie helped me get through the process with my employer The Venetian Resort to get a policy!! Thanks to all for this to be so easy for me!!!
