The sales representative was very knowledgeable about insurance for my baby kitten. He was kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. He made the whole experience easy and pleasant, and I really appreciated his excellent customer service.

It was easy to sign up my Ellie Mae for insurance.

I liked the ability to customize the plan. The only reason I did not buy the plan with option to neuter is that my puppy is 3 months old and the policy takes another 2-3 weeks to go into effect. The 90-day wait to use the neuter reimbursement would put us past the timeline where we planned to neuter (~6mths).

I had a policy on my previous dog. All the claims were paid to me fast. I was happy working with you so when we got this puppy I applied again.

The website is hard to use and you can’t print any information bc of the way the webpage is set up. Coverage is unclear and confusing. Exclusion list seems to have everything that the plan included on the exclusion list?

He did a good job as a salesman. Persistent but not pushy. I wish my salesman were more like him

I would rate zero stars if I could. My pet had a $1,800 dental procedure and because a vet I took him to for a second opinion notated a “mass” (that is just a fatty bump), Nationwide has had my claim on hold since July repetitively asking for documentation regarding this miscellaneous “mass” that was never tested, heard of or notated anywhere else. So I guess that leaves me with a denied claim which is absurd to me. Not to mention, customer service is rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend anyone to this company and deeply regret the decision to enroll through my employer.

Very helpful, very happy with the cost of covering all my pets with the best coverage.
