Dianne or cat sitter is highly realiable and very caring towards our cat Benny. This has given us peace of mind and much reassurance when going away.

Easy to use, easy to organise and make payment

Using Melanie from PetCloud as pet sitter to care for our beloved, but ageing Labrador (Rosie) at her own home during our 10-day holiday in Dec 2018 was one of our best decisions. Melanie really did look after Rosie as though she was her own dog and gave us e-mail updates every couple of days of how Rosie was doing. This gave us complete peace of mind to enjoy our holiday with no worries about Rosie. When we collected Rosie from Melanie after our holiday, Rosie almost did not want to leave, a testimony of what a happy time she had at Melanie! I can 100% reccommend using PetCloud to source a trustworthy and caring pet sitter for your special pet.

Mostly I think PetCloud is great, but I have had a couple of problems with the payment system and dashboard. On one occasion I didn't have enough money on the supplied card to make the payment - I was unable to change payment methods as there was no option on the website dashboard, I couldn't contact PetCloud as it was out of hours and I was receiving 1 email per minute that the payment would not go through. I topped up the card and just had to wait out the 24 hours until the money was available, and just ignore the thousand or so emails that came through. Another time I had made the payment and all was confirmed on my end, but I started to receive messages from PetCloud admin requesting the payment. This was quickly resolved by contacting admin and forwarding them my bank statement and receipt.

Booked a sitter for our cat that needed medicine to be administered. Quickly found someone with credentials who was great with the pet. Everything worked out swimmingly. Took the stress out of the pet care logistics of vacation planning.

PetCloud made leaving our 17 year old dog for a week very easy! The website is very easy to use, they have fantastic sitters and the payment process was seamless, with peace of mind having insurance. Sadly our girl has now gone to doggy heaven, but we had such comfort knowing that she was well looked after by a capable and friendly PetCloud sitter a month before her passing. If we ever get another dog, we will use PetCloud again without fail!

I found some good sitters through PetCloud but there has been an ongoing issue with booking and payment. My booking status keeps on showing as expired although the payment has been made. Consequently, the sitters did not receive the money within a reasonable time frame. This issue needs to be fixed ASAP.

We found PetCloud and their partners very easy to work with, our cats needs were obviously uppermost in their minds, the website and registration was easy to go through as was the selection of a sitter, we had in-house care for our two cats so it was important to us that all the checks were done on any potential sitters, everything went very well, we chose a sitter who was not far from us and were rewarded with photos every day of our girls and a lovely, long blurb about what they were up to. We also used it for our daughter's dog at very short notice and found a brilliant sitter who could take him immediately.
Found the whole experience brilliant and have been recommending this service to heaps of other pet owners, so glad we found PetCloud.

I used PetCloud to find someone to look after our pet bunny over Christmas whilst we were away. We found the loveliest pet-sitter who came to our house each day to feed her. Our pet-sitter was super friendly and reliable and communication was great! The PetCloud platform was easy to use and when we had a change of dates and therefore pricing, PetCloud quickly refunded the excess money I had paid. I would highly recommend PetCloud and would definitely use again!

PetCloud is an excellent organisation. I was able to go on holidays knowing my pet was well cared for in all circumstances in a home setting. What was special was being informed how my pet had settled in, and even receiving a photo of her. I would recommend PetCloud to all pet owners.
