I ordered on 30th Mar and the specs were delivered on 1st May. Thankfully I had ordered another pair (from another company) so I could actually see.

The specs are very good. Clear vision, quality frame and excellent price.

Website does indicate that 'it may take up to 28 working days for some prescriptions' and it would have been helpful to communicate to me that my order would take longer. I thought I would fall into the delivery category 'within 5 working days of receiving the order' because my prescription was standard.

If the frames were ordered from the 'overseas labs' it would have been preferable for me to know this ahead of time as it would have saved emails of enquiry. Expectation and clearly communicated information can be comforting and reduces stress and frustration.

If your order happens fall into the same category as mine and you don't mind the wait, well worth it.

If I could give them zero I would. I ordered my glasses I know they would take longer because of the higher prescription… thats said I got a call the day after ordering demanding more money £40 for some bogus reason… they sent me an invoice, a week later heard nothing 10 days after ordering I receive a phone call saying the frame I chose had broken and they had no other one so I needed to pick a new frame, picked a new frame and sent it to them. Got an email saying the lab were deciding if I could have that frame… this was 4 days ago my glasses still have not been done they are still processing I have emailed daily since the 10th asking for a full refund now as they cost me £155…. I am now being ignored. They are not responding at all, I have contacted my credit card and hope to be able to get my money back that way I shouldn’t have to it’s just poor customer service perfect glasses I’m so angry at how your treating me….i want my money back. I will never use this company again ever.

I have been delighted with the glasses I ordered. The frames are sturdy but at the same time stylish and the coated lenses provide excellent vision. I have also been impressed by the company’s customer service as any enquiry was responded to promptly. Highly recommended.

Company’s lab could not correctly index glasses to correct size. Tried to make it as difficult as possible for a return and refund even though they are the ones that could not deliver what was ordered.

Whole process took 2 months.

Glasses production was outsourced and took over 3 weeks

The quality of the glasses provided by perfect glasses.co.uk was exceptional and the quality of their communication from purchase to delivery was outstanding.
I will definitely buy from this company again.

Wish I had researched more thoroughly before placing my order as I can see now form other reviews that the quoted delivery times are inaccurate and customers can be left weeks without any updates.
I placed my order on the 15th October and apart from an order confirmation e-mail I have heard nothing further. The tracking details are firmly stuck on 'Processing'. I e-mailed the company on 21st October asking for an update but again received no response so called them today 23/10 to cancel the order and take my business to a more customer focused company.

I had to wait over a month to get my glasses and this wasn't indicated at the time of the order. If I had known this at the beginning I would order different glasses. This was a stressful situation for me as my current glasses broke.

The website clearly states "Guaranteed Next Day Dispatch from our Shepshed Lab!
Order today, and we will send you your Royal Mail tracking number by 6 PM tomorrow."

Apart from that I was happy with my glasses and their quality.

Best prices excellent service received glasses within 3 working day. And cost a fraction of the ones from the opticians. I will order an other pair soon

Glasses were as described and the turn around was pretty quick! Quality isn't too bad. In fact I was so impressed I ordered some in a different style too!

Apart from the glasses being perfect (over half price I would have paid with opticians) the service was exceptional. I've already bought reading sunglasses from this company but needed varifocal as my specs broke. I uploaded my prescription, they sent the chosen specs in the post immediately for a photo to be taken wearing them. I sent the specs back the same day in the sae they provided and received the finished glasses a week later. Highly recommended.
