Grey Goose bottle. Product was half the size that it looks in the advertisement. Something you could buy at the dollar store. Very disappointing. Took 7 weeks to get here.

They are very misleading in theirs product and return policy. The glass goose came and feels and looks cheap. The offer a return window but at no time tell you it has to be sent back to China! Offered me $ credit if I just kept it! Not enough! I tried to cancel the order within 5 mins of ordering but they said it could not be cancelled. It took 4 weeks to arrive so it should have been able to cancel.
VERY UNSATISTIED. BEWARE.

Ordered a set of cordless travel bags, and after waiting almost a month once it arrived in the u.s., contacted them for status. Was told had been delivered, but it never was. Was at home the day supposedly delivered, and it was not.

Don’t buy anything from them! I ordered a special Grey Goose vodka bottle. It took two months to being shipped . They shipped my order to Texas to the wrong address.I live in Florida.. I never received it when I asked about the shipping they told me to go to my post office and ask them.My post office has nothing to do with them sending the item to the wrong place. Customer service is nonexistent. Do not buy anything from them. They are horrible. They blaming you for their mistake and offer no solutions. The item was expensive. I never received it. They blamed me for their mistake and I never got a refund ! Horrible business.

I have to admit I didn’t read the size of the product IF you included it.
Surprise to receive jack in the box sized product. Your video shows a person staking a LARGE one in the ground. Pretty sneaky if you guys.

The product is great, it was the shipping time it took to get to me.

Wasn’t thrilled that it took so long to get here but it made it in time for our trip and the bags and the suction tool is awesome. it made packing so much easier.

Delivery took 3 weeks but seem like good quality.

I should pay more attention, but I didn’t realize this was going to be shipping overseas to reach me here in the US. I have to say, though there are constant updates so that I knew that my package was coming through the system and that was very reassuring. I’ve had my package for a couple of days and last night. I began packing for a weekend trip. The bags are nicely sized, and my vacuum unit came with an enough charge on it that I was able to package those things before charging it overnight. So far so good.!

The item took six weeks to arrive, and I no longer needed it once I received it because my travel was done. I did not realize it was coming from Italy. It was also much smaller than I anticipated.

The product was delivered and we hope it works as advertised

I wasn’t sure about your company. But you kept me informed throughout the long waiting period of receiving the package. Sometimes customs takes longer than expected. Your product is exactly what you advertised. The quality is excellent. Thanks !

If I could put a negative 5, I would! SCAM COMPANY!
They sent me BOGUS tracking info, order 2 Christmas gifts in November. End of December never arrived. They said" oh, company is on vacation", will take longer (??) why? You shipped in November. Then said "oh, must have gotten lost , reshipping" . Again, using THE SAME BOGUS TRACKING INFO OF BEING SHIPPED IN NOVEMBER!! January, excuses, February, excuses, then suddenly, oh, it was already delivered!!! NOT!!
HAVE RING cameras all over property as well as notifications from USPS , which is how they said it was delivered, and NO SUCH THING HAPPENED! Contacted them again! Told, "oh, check with neighbors." HELLO! WE HAVE NO NEIGHBORS!! AND, again, RING CAMERAS AS WELL AS USPS AND UPS , NO DELIVERY!!THEY JUST keep saying, it was delivered, have a nice day... BULL!! Found out AFTER ordering that MANY COMPLAINTS FOR NOT RECEIVING ITEM ARE AGAINST THIS COMPANY!

It’s just as advertised, looks nice in my bookcase , no one would ever know it is a safe.

Timely delivery. no problems after placing order. Great experience with this company. Paid for product, got product in great condition fast delivery. Will probably order again if another product is needed from this company.

Easy from placing the order. I recently my package yesterday. Used one today and I love it. It's all that's promised.

I would give this a 0 rating if it was available. I saw an ad on Facebook - complete with video - where they were selling a product called Instant Smooth. 1. No where in the ad did I see the name Peculiaral nor did I see it was an overseas company or I would never had ordered from them. This cream does absolutely nothing. I paid $28 for it. As soon as I ordered it and figured out it was coming from overseas, I tried to cancel my order (it was less than 10 minutes) via email, but I’m sure they waited to respond and then said it was too late, the order had been completed. When I finally received it, and tried it, I could see it did not do what the ad and the video said it would. There was, of course, a money back guarantee, but that is not the case. I contacted them and told them it did not do as they said it would and I wanted a full refund. They replied that it would cost $40 to return it and offered me a $2 refund. Are you kidding me? No I will not accept that. I told them I wanted $15! They then offered me $4. NO! Their final offer was $6. NO! So I told them I would post an honest review. Here it is!

Very deceptive advertising. They advertise a Organic Castor Oil , Wild Quartz Roller. I requested to know what part is quartz because it comes with a cheap plastic roller. that does not run smoothly or even disperse the castor oil. They sent this back to me:

Please send images (in JPG format, less than 1MB) of the product, the waybill, and the SKU QR code. An example SKU QR code and waybill image (typically, SKU label is on the internal packaging) is attached below.
Waybill is the receipt ( containing the details of your address, tracking no, and product name) attached to the package.
Our SKU tag (an alphanumeric code under a QR code) is attached to the inner bag.

After 7 responses, they finally returned a 3rd of my money. Still not happy because there ad says a quartz roller, which would run smoothly, and they advertise you can remove it to add your own oil when it runs out. Even sitting it upside down doesn't help it move over your skin smoothly. It comes from out of the USA which they don't tell you.

I wish I could give this a 0 and wish I had found this site before ordering.
